What if no one is home to receive the package?

If no one is at home, the package may be left at your residence or office. However, the package will not be left if the driver deems the package could be in jeopardy if left at that specific address.

If you are always at work and cannot be home to receive the package, we highly recommend using Hold at FedEx Locations for pickup. You can pick up the package at your nearest Jewel or Walgreens at your convenience!

If you have FedEx or UPS account, you are also able to change your package to a nearby location at your convenience.
