What if no one is home to receive the package?

If you won't be home to receive a pacakge, please use your own shipping address and select a shipping method faster than the 6-10 days which will force the system to use a faster method that would be hold eligible from the couriers. 

Once your package is shipped with FedEx or UPS, you can click on the tracking link in your tracking email to go to the courier's tracking page and on that page they will have the option to have the package held.

Alternatively the easiest way to do this (and preferred by the couriers) is if you have the courier's delivery management account (through their "UPS My Choice" and "FedEx Delivery Manager" accounts).

Depending on a number of variables, the courier may require a fee to have the package held for pickup.

An important note, do not directly use a FedEx location as your shipping address. They will reject it even if sent with FedEx. It can even become lost in FedEx's system after the delivery issue.  (a number of customers have done this without telling us thinking the location will just hold it only to have delivery and returning issues)
