Can I cancel my order after it has already been shipped?

Unfortunately the order cannot be canceled if the package has been shipped as it is no longer in our possession.

However, you can contact us to initiate a Return / RMA. Once approved, we will provide you with the info and label to ship back to us. Please note that there will be additional shipping fees and restocking fees as the return is not ToyDemon's fault.
