Where is my package?

Sometimes a package cannot be delivered on time due to weather conditions, natural disasters, and other uncontrollable events.

If your package appears late on its delivery, please remember:

-Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business day, with the exception of orders with guaranteed delivery dates that have a green check mark by them that are placed before 4:00pm Central Time will be shipped out the same day.

-Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days.

-All international orders are subject to customs clearance which may sometimes cause delay.

-We have also experienced USPS marking packages as delivered but the package will actually deliver 1-2 days later.

-If your package is shipped with FedEx or UPS, please contact them and do a package trace if it's marked delivered but you cannot find the package.
