Apparently Zynga inc. is not cool with the "Bang With Friends" app. Zynga is suing the app maker claiming it violates their "with friends" series of games. Started by a company called Bang With Friends Inc., it's an app anonymously hooking Facebook friends up for some casual sex. You pick the friends on your list you are interested in, if the friends you picked did the same thing, you both get a special message about the mutual interest.

We had no idea something like this even exist on Facebook but Bang With Friends is hardly a game like Words With Friends. We doubt anyone will be confusing the app to be made by Zynga.
