Packaging & Appearance
As always, ToyDemon sent the package in a regular box without any reference to the contents. Upon opening the package, you will see the masturbator's box showing an anime-style nurse with a HUGE pair of breasts. The back and the sides give the normal description of the toy's features with illustrations of the inner texture. So far, the standard fare...
Now, the statistics: The Busty Nurse masturbator is about 6 inches long (145 mm) with a canal of about 5 inches (115 mm). The illustrations on the package show a four-section texture. The first section is completely smooth and it has the major bulk of material. This section simulates the soft sensations of the boob-job. The second section has a raised ribbed texture, simulating the sensations you get from a tongue during oral sex. The third section by the middle of the tunnel is a tightening section that simulates a deep throat session, while the fourth and last section has a soft nubs texture and has a double purpose. This last section works as a vacuum reserve to improve the toy's suction or you can go deep inside the Busty Nurse and enjoy the nubs massage.
Opening the package, you will see the toy nicely wrapped with a tissue inside a plastic bag and a sample of Moisty Plus Lotion, both presented in a plastic tray. The toy has a very simple entrance design - it looks more an anal toy than a breast sex simulator - and a wide entry hole of about half an inch in diameter (0.5 in or 1.3 cm). It feels heavy on the hand (13.5 ounces), and the new material called "Fresh Skin" feels soft and firm without any unpleasant odor.

Now we deal with the important stuff: How does it feel?
As you know, there are toys that feel completely different depending on the lube or lotion that you use. Well, the Busty Nurse is one of those toys. On my first session with this toy I used a lubricant gel instead of the included sample lube . Because of the thickness of the gel, that first session was awful. I only felt the pressure of the third section of the texture - which is TIGHT - but barely felt anything else. The Busty Nurse did what she was supposed to do, but the session was flat and unimpressive.
For the following session, I changed strategy and used the lotion included with the toy. The Moisty Plus Lotion, being thinner than the gel, allowed me to feel the fellatio textures and even the soft ridges on the deep throat section. Now I was getting interested in this Nurse, with the tight section simply squeezing everything out of me. Both the build up and the climax were 20 times better than my first session... but I knew the sensations could be improved!
A thinner lube helped me prove my point! On the following sessions, it helped the Uncut Monk (that's how I began to call my 5-inch little friend) to really enjoy the Busty Nurse. Not only did my little friend felt all the textures inside the Busty Nurse, it was also able to enjoy the transitions between each one of the segments. In the following sessions, I placed the toy as an insert in two dolls - the Meiki Plush Doll and an inflatable doll - and those were the most impressive sessions with this toy. My only complaint with this toy is the firmness of the material. The new Fresh Skin has virtually no odor and is smooth to the touch - great positives in a hand-held sex toy - but it is really firm. In most cases, I would be fine with a firm material, but for reproducing the sensations of a boob job and oral sex, I would prefer a softer material, so the sensations were closer to the real thing.

The Busty Nurse cleans just most close-ended toys, so there are no major surprises on the cleaning aisle. Be aware of trapped "fluids" on the fourth section, so be sure to clean thoroughly. Because of the tight section at the center of the toy, drying can take a while, even after squeezing a paper towel or rag inside the tunnel.
The material is basically TPE (it says so on the box), so eventually it will require the standard powdering to avoid stickiness. At the time of review, my toy still felt just as soft as when I took it out of the box, so no powdering had been done yet.

The Busty Nurse is a good toy for its price. You will have to try different lube options to get the best sensations of this toy, but once you find it, the toy will deliver a solid performance either as a hand held toy or as an insert. By themselves, the sensations you receive during a boob-job or a blow-job are difficult to replicate and ToysHeart went after both with the Nurse. They achieved a good masturbator that could easily replicate both sensations more accurately if the material was two notches on the softer side.
