I did not receive an order confirmation email. Did my order go through?

First, order confirmations are sent to the email address entered when you created your account, so please double check your account email.

Second, you can check your account history to see if the order was placed. It will be listed under your account.

Lastly, please check your Spam/Junk folder and see if the order confirmation email is in there.

If you still don't see anything and you are positive you have placed an order, please contact us and we will do our best to check for you.
