No one has more Japanese AV Actress based Onahole Masturbator than NPG and they are back for the end of 2018 with a new series based on the cosplay theme of AV Actresses dressed as Nurses. This is the Mao Hamasaki version of the series called Horny Nurse's Treatment Mao Hamasaki. Horny Nurse's Treatment series sleeve are dual-layer hand held sized masturbators with a close ended tunnel inspired by popular Japanese AV Actresses. Two layered or Dual-layer design is where the tunnel is made from a different material than the rest of the item. This type of design allows for one material that may produce a better tactile feel on the outside while another lines the tunnel for a better experience during use. The tunnel of Horny Nurse's Treatment Mao Hamasaki is a straight tunnel with flesh like folds looking textures. The entrance is a scaled down realistic looking vaginal entrance. Like some of NPG's other series, they have used a color powder at the entrance to add to the appearance. However the powder washes off right away so ToyDemon isn't a big fan of this temporary appearance enhancement.
