The Shape Inner Sleeve for VORZE A10 Cyclone SA +PLUS has 8 vertical grooves that going completely down the length of the tunnel. As you go down, the width of the tunnel increases from wide to tight in a wave form. This design allows for a higher vacuumed suction the deeper you insert. Please note that this is for the inner sleeve only, VORZE A10 Cyclone SA / SA +PLUS is required to use this inner sleeve.
