We haven't had new hand size sleeve from DNA Japan for a long time now but they are back for middle of 2018 with a new series called Milking Hole. This is the Tsubu version of the series. Milking Hole Tsubu is a single layer material construction with a close ended tunnel. The outside shape of the sleeve tapers in at the middle for gripping. The entrance is circular and tapers in for a faster and easier insertion. Milking Hole Tsubu has an internal design based on alternating perpendicular rib and double row of rounded nubs. The tunnel narrows at the end into a chamber with stimulation nub on the side of the chamber. This nub is designed for head massaging when inserted you reach the tunnel's end. The wide of the tunnel allows for more suction sensation during use. Simply squeeze out the air from the sleeve as you insert to maximize the suction sensation.
