Sales Tax

Based in Arlington Heights, IL, ToyDemon is obligated to charge a 10.00% Illinois sales tax on all items that are delivered to an Illinois address.

Product Usage

Most of the products sold by ToyDemon are made by Japanese manufacturers for the Japanese market. Unless otherwise specified, all instruction manuals and packaging that accompany the products, including any displays on the products, are in Japanese. PayPal Policy

Please make sure that your shipping address is updated and correct when using PayPal as your payment method. ToyDemon is unable to change the shipping address once a USPS package is in transit. The customer will need to contact the local post office to arrange for possible alternatives. FedEx packages can only be rerouted in some cases and the customer will be fully responsible for paying the address change fee charged by FedEx.

Chargeback / Dispute Policy

We encourage everyone to contact us regarding any issues with their order. We will do our best to handle and resolve the issue and refund/reimburse properly if warranted.

If you filed a dispute or chargeback with PayPal or the Bank, your account will be banned immediately and all perks and rewards removed. No exceptions.

We reserve the right to forward the case to a collection agency. We also reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in a chargeback abuser database. The information reported will include full name, email, order date, order amount, IP address, full address and phone number.
