How to Special Order (Updated 9/7/18):
1. Special Order is limited to customers in the lower 48 states. For all others, please use the contact us form for further assistance. Lotion items are not available for special order.
2. After submission we will review if we can special order the product with the manufacturers. (We do not special order something that can be deemed as illegal within the United States)
3. Once confirmed, we will contact you with an all-inclusive price. This means this price covers the product, import fees, duty and standard shipping to you. Plain and simple.
4. If you have decided to order, we will send you a link for your item to checkout with. Please note special orders are paid in full and non-refundable. This covers us from customers that changes their mind after we have already ordered the product for them.
5. Once payment is received, we will submit the order with the manufacturer and you will be given a estimated arrival date.
*** All sales are final for special orders. We will not accept any return or cancellation after the product have been shipped out from our warehouse.
