Return Policy



As the items are sexual health items, for sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, with the following exceptions:



If your item is defective upon receipt:

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We will require pictures and returns on all defective items in its original packaging before replacement. For any electronic devices, tempering, opening, and/or attempting to open the device voids any manufacturer warranty on the item.

Products from manufacturers located in the US will be handled directly by the manufacturer's support department and not ToyDemon.

Products from manufacturers located outside of the US will be determined on a case by case basis and might take extended time as we contact and pass along the RMA to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will decide and let us know whether to replace the product. If the manufacturer does not deem the product defective, the product will not be replaced.

Any exchanges from the manufacturer are only valid for the same item unless stated otherwise by the manufacturer and must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt.

Please Note: Products with minor wrinkle or external blemish will not affect the function of the toy thus cannot be deemed as defective.

If you are dissatisfied with an item:

Due to the sexual health nature of the products, satisfaction can not be guaranteed and we cannot accept dissatisfaction returns as a result.

Returning item requirements and fees:

Only unopened and undamaged packages that are still sealed in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will issue you a full refund less the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. In cases of free shipping or any other promotion applied to the order, actual shipping cost as well as discounts/promos no longer applicable due to the returned item(s) will be calculated and deducted from the refund. If the returning package incurred return shipping charge from the courier, this return shipping cost will be deducted from any refunds. We WILL NOT accept open/used items for return. Any items that are returned to us used or opened will simply be disposed of and we will not issue a refund for them.

Pre-order cancellation:

All pre-order items have a cut-off date. As long as you cancel before the cut-off date, you will receive a full refund. If you try to cancel past the cut-off date, you will only receive a 50% refund. The remaining 50% will be changed into store credit.

For example, you pre-order is $100, and you want to cancel after the cut-off date, we will cancel your order and refund you $50. The remaining $50 will be kept on your account as store credit.

All promotional bonus points will also be deducted with the cancellation.

Bundled products:

We WILL NOT issue a partial product value refund on bundled products. Bundled products must be returned all together unopened.

H Games and DVD:

All H Games and DVD are returnable only if unopened. Defective items will be exchanged for the exact same item only.

Lingerie products:

All sales are final for lingerie products, ToyDemon WILL NOT accept requests for exchange or refund of these items.

All returns (RMA):

Please contact customer service to obtain a RMA number and a return address or use the RMA system by logging into your account and clicking on "RMA" under "Your Account".
You will be able to select the order and item eligible to create an RMA for as well as attach pictures of the condition so that we have a better idea of the problem in the case of a defective unit.

Items returned without original packaging WILL NOT be refunded, so please keep all packaging for the 7 day return period. Upon approval, all RMA must be mailed within 7 days. All return postages are paid by the customer and must be shipped with a traceable shipping method and insured for the full value against damage and loss. We WILL NOT be responsible for any returns before receipt. RMA number must be included on the address or the package will be refused without exception.

Non-U.S. customers are responsible for postage for both returned RMA item and replacement unit.

GC/Bonus Points refunds:

If an order was paid in parts or whole by GC and/or Bonus Points, those GC/Bonus Points are returned to your account and subtracted from the refund before any remaining balance is issued in any monetary refunds
