How does ToyDemon's price match policy work?

If you find a lower total price on the same identical product prior to your purchase at ToyDemon, we will do our best to match that price.

Please fill out the "Price Match Form" and inform us of the competitor's website and its product URL. Also include your shipping address with the inquiry. We will then verify the website and the validity of its product and price. Once confirmed, we will send you a one-time personal coupon code for you to use on your purchase of that product.

Which items aren't available for price match?

ToyDemon will not price match the competitors’ prices for the following:

• Limited quantity products
• Out of stock / Pre-Order products (from either shop)
• Open-box products
• Clearance products
• Products during a special event (e.g., grand openings, liquidation or closeout sales)
• Products during Thanksgiving Holidays (e.g., Black Friday Sale, Cyber Monday Sale)
• Products with taxes and typographical errors
• Products with free offers, bundled offers, rebates, and financing offers
• Products from auction/bidding sites such as eBay and Amazon Marketplace as we cannot verify the legitimacy of their products.
• Products with legitimate prices without ill intent (Some shops in Japan will list a very low retail price, but will make the shipping price so high to make the money back.

Are shipping charges included in the price match?

No, we will price match their price once we deem their price is legitimate (not a price mistake or with ill intent), then we will price match their price with a coupon.

For example:

1. Site A charges $50 on product Y, their standard ground shipping charge is $25. Final price is $75.
2. ToyDemon charges $60 on product Y, we will price match price to $50 and you will pay whatever our shipping price is, even if our original price + shipping would have still been cheaper before the price match.

However, please do understand that we will not be able to price match everything. Some foreign sites will drop their price so low and then charge an arm and a leg on shipping. We will not be able to match that simply because the price listed isn't fair and competitive.

Can I price match on something that I have already bought?

With the nature of the product, we do not offer post-order price matching when a product's price drops after you buy it. We hope you can understand and we will try our best to offer competitive prices.
