  1. My tracking information shows that my package is being sent back to you. What are my options? If your package is being sent back to us (returning to sender), we will need to wait for your package to arrive at our facility to discuss further reshipment or refund options. We will email you once your package has returned to our facility.
  2. What should I do if the product is defective? We have an automated RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) system that allows for faster processing. Please use the RMA system by clicking HERE.
