  2. Can I add items after I placed my order? If your order has been shipped, we cannot add items to your order. If your order has not shipped, then your best course of action is to cancel and re-order. Please make sure you do not cancel too frequently as you will lose the ability to cancel and possibly banning of your account.
  3. Can I cancel my order after it has already been shipped? Unfortunately the order cannot be canceled if the package has been shipped as it is no longer in our possession.
