Why are there multiple charges on my credit card for the same order?

Rest assured that when you were trying to order, the failed transactions were never processed on our end but your card issuer holds the funds whenever a fund request is made, this is known as a pending hold. These holds are placed by your card issuer but will automatically be release by them within a few business days depending on their policy. Once the hold is released, it will disappear from your record as if it was never there.
