The name of Fuwa Toro Motchi in Japanese roughly describe the sleeve as the soft stretch block which is a perfect description of the sleeve. The tunnel of Fuwa Toro Motchi is straight tunnel with thin wavy flaps that has micro rib textures on the flaps themselves. These flaps retains and apply lotion during your stroking as well as providing stimulation for the sleeve. Towards the end, a circular chamber right before the end is designed to act as the vacuum chamber for the sleeve.
