The page is pretty self explanatory, the offers set goals that one can accomplish which will in turn provide the extra rewards points for reaching said offer.
For some specific offers, such as the JAV Offer, you will see that products will also have little offer indicators on the catalog page and product pages like this:
Just click on it and it'll take you to all the products that will satisfy the specific offer, easy-peasy!
The offer progress is tracked automatically so there's nothing you need to do extra but make your purchase as usual. We have also added "Offer Progress" under your account so that you can easily monitor from any page.
Please bear with us as we are just starting out and will add offers as we go and in the future. We are hoping to also add different offers that caters to different member group better.
@**ToyDemon** I guess I was just referring to all the ones around $15. I think some confusion surrounding the quantity and price of the jav holes to qualify made people think you need three items to equal over $50 to get the reward points so all the cheapest ones sold out.
@Yamate Please look at the offers more closely. It requires 3 orders, not 3 items. Also mentioned in other comments it can be multiple JAV items adding to be over $50 or just 1 item over $50 in the JAV category for it to count as 1.
@**ToyDemon** ok so you have to make 3 separate orders within this month with JAV items totaling over $50? Why not just have it be all at once? Because say you just wanted to get the bare minimum for the reward points, and you stuck with the $50 mark, you would be paying for shipping 3 times. Or you could spend $75 to get free shipping but then you'd be spending an additional $25 each time. Am I nuts?? This feels like a really rare circumstance to order 3 times a month.
@Yamate I think that is the point.
We as buyers want good deals and incentives (such as points), and ToyDemon (a business) probably wants to move stock and make a profit, if not, at least break even.
So it would be in their [TD's] best interest if we buy more.
-We can buy 3 orders of $50 JAV holes plus shipping and get $15 in points for future purchases. But shipping being around $15 each time would make the JAV offer completely pointless
-Or we can, as you say, make 3 orders of $75 to take advantage of the SHIPFREE. But we'd be spending $25 just to meet the requirement, and may be buying things we'd otherwise not buy right now.
-Or, here me out, we can buy 3 order of $150 - get free shipping and a free onahole.
Shitposting aside, I feel you, and I would much rather prefer there being a higher minimum amount without the 3 order limit. I know the T23 and Inevoilet also mentioned how 3 orders is a lot, even for hole veterans like themselves.
But at the end of the day, ToyDemon's not forcing us to complete the promotional offer.
Maybe if ToyDemon see that not many people take advantage the offer this time, they'd be more inclined to have more favorable requirements next time.
Or they'd just consider it too unfavorable for them and never have these kinds of offers again. Who knows.
@**ToyDemon** I have a question about how the offers work, can a purchase count towards 2 different offers at the same time?
For instance right now there are 3 offers I am looking at:
TENGA offer (2 orders of $50+)
Lotions & Acc Offer (4 orders of $25+)
October Offer (spend $75+)
If I were to make an order that included $50+ of TENGA products and $25+ of Lotions & Accessories, would that also satisfy the $75+ October offer at the same time?
Or are orders only allowed to count towards one offer at a time? And if it does how does it choose which offer to count towards?
@Jwbo The September offers should still be active, it lasts till the end of September. Thanks for bringing this up as I'll have the devs check to make sure it's displaying correctly.
We will be adding more offers in the new month, some might last just the month some might last longer. We will keep monitoring it to see what works and what doesn't work.
Just hope everyone realizes just because an offer doesn't make sense for you, doesn't mean it doesn't make sense for others.
@**ToyDemon**
In that case, I think there may be a bug. I only completed the September Offer (1000 Points for $100) but both offers are grayed out and say expired under my *Offer Progress* page. Feel free to lmk if y'all need a screenshot.
And hey, I ain't complaining. I appreciate you guys adding another way for us to get extra value. As I said in a reply to another person's comment here, y'all ain't forcing to buy more or to complete offers - if we like an offer, complete it. If not, don't.
Like you mentioned, y'all will monitor to see what works. We'll just vote with our money.
Thanks again, looking forward to next months offerings.
@Jwbo NP, the issue has been fixed. We noticed that earlier and the developer just forgot to push the fix to live. The offers will stay on until the last day before it shows expired.
Appreciate you being understanding. We have so many customers so it's impossible trying to please everyone. We will be adding more offers and hopefully someone will find something that suits them.
Do I need to purchase $50+ of AV onaholes per order? (e.g. 1x ZXY = $63.96)
Or is it that I need to have an order of $50+ that includes an AV onahole? (e.g. 1x Tanaka Lemon + 2x Onatsuyu = $50.67)
For example if you have $100 in cart, and your member perk takes $5 off, and then you added another coupon code and brings total in cart to $85. Then only $85 is counted. It also doesn't include shipping and taxes paid. Sorry we weren't more clear.
EDIT: To add to this, reward points used doesn't affect the $85 counted. So if you had $10 in reward points to use in example above and brings your total down to $75, $85 is still counted towards the total. Reward points in this case are considered partial payment.
Frankly I'm rather impressed with this website it really rewards it's patrons for shopping with them and showing loyalty more stores can learn a thing or to from you toydemon.
