I'm just curious as to what makes you choose ToyDemon over other sites.
ToyDemon is my Go-to site, I use them over other sites due to the nice easy to navigate design, free shipping on orders $35+ and because of their great customer service!
Originally I was using a different site, which has very high shipping cost and subpar customer support (at best). I'm very happy I found ToyDemon because otherwise I probably would've given up on Onaholes all together.

I used to use OtonaJP but over the years, they've been getting too comfortable with their status as the "go to" distributor for onaholes and other Japanese sex toys and have been practicing some scummy business practices, to the point where their updated Terms and Conditons state that (paraphrased) "they are not obliged to fulfill your order after receiving payment." They're shipping prices are also brutal. Even though I've personally never experienced an issue from them, I refuse to support bad business practices as many people have reported their poor service.
So ToyDemon is basically the best option for North Americans. All the other stores based in North America have a poor selection or greatly overcharge and ToyDemon by far has the best selection, as well as fair prices. Them solidifying the Tomax exclusivity pretty much guarantees them that there will be no one better in the foreseeable future.. I really like ToyDemon's pre order option as you can get items on par of pricing as many of the Japanese distributors on top of free shipping too. I've been using their preorder service quite a bit.

@wanderingmidget That's crazy, I couldn't support that either, I mean when I pay for something I better get that order fulfilled. The fact that they have the audacity to say they aren't obligated to fulfill order is ridiculous.
One feature that I just recently found from ToyDemon is the "Special Order" feature, if you find a product you want that they don't have you can contact them about a special order and they will try to get the Item for you, I just did one and the price is equivalent to what I'd expect it to be if the Item was actually in stock on the site. I'm amazed.

What a mouthful of horse manure! So 1. They will need to verify the availability of the product. Do they or do they not have it for sale? If not, why is it purchasable? 2. After you pay them your money, they have not accepted your order and may not be obliged to supply the product.......they don’t mention they will refund you or how long they can keep the money for. OtonaJP screwed me over last year on a defective Hip with severely messed up tunnel that was tooled incorrectly. I had to buy a 2nd one from a different store that wasn't defective, and even with video evidence showing the inside of the tunnels side by side, they still tried to gaslight me. They behave like petty street thugs.

@Jonarby I found this site after a certain giant company started doing some needless censoring of their product images on their Japanese website. The prices over there were slightly cheaper (ToyDemon is competitively close with its pre-order prices) but having product images being removed or editing to hide the actual toy detail was the last straw for me, so I went hunting for a new retailer.
Selection here is actually not too bad, but the one thing I really like about this site is that the product description lists the country in which it was manufactured and the internal length of the hole. These two descriptions are quite critical when it comes to finding my next potential purchase.
I do wish in the future that ToyDemon would expand the types of products for sale as I have always been curious to buy novelty scent products.

@Hedley I've never tried scent products, I imagine they'd have to be pretty strong for you to smell them while using the onahole, assuming the onahole is what they're meant to be applied to. If ToyDemon supplied them I'd probably give it a try.

Either way that removes a huge part of the shopping process, how am I supposed to know if I'll like a toy if I can't even see what it looks like or see the inside to see if it fits with what I'm looking for. You made the right choice it sounds, I don't think I'd ever buy from a site that actively censored the product I was buying, unless they were like literally the only option, but even than I'm not entirely sure.

Yep! The product images of the hole's internals were being purged on the product page from said certain giant online retailer. I found it to be ridiculous since the Sexual Wellness part of their store is age gated to begin with, so there shouldn't be any accidental exposure of sex toys to minors.

@Jonarby For me the option for FedEx pick-up has been huge. I do not live by myself, so unfortunately I cannot afford to have my own packages delivered to my place without being questioned or worse possibly opened... I do the same for other Amazon orders too (lockers). ToyDemon's FedEx pick-up option has made adult toy purchases so much more hassle-free for me, in addition to the advantage of being US-based.

ToyDemon has been my default store for Japanese products for at least the last 5 years. I still purchase from overseas companies only when TD does not carry a product that interest me. Being based in the US, there are a lot of protections we don't have when ordering overseas. Also, their service and prices are great, so it is a win-win situation!

@Jonarby I googled searched and found toydemon. Site looks welll designed and was easy enough to use and browse.
Especially liked the community part as I was able to ask people’s opinion on my first onahole purchase and it worked out great.
I have now placed 4 orders with td. Haven’t bought from others and I don’t see that I will need to either.
I also like that toydemon does respond to the community and takes suggestions.

@Jonarby compared a few sites and decided that I didn't want to deal with overseas hassle since i had real bad experience buying some stuff from a giant china retailer that took forever to deliver with a tracking number that was basically useless. checked a few US based sites for onahole toys and figured since toydemon has the most selection and good amount of reviews i'll just buy from here. So far the experience has been great.

I don't have to worry about overseas shipping, bad customer service, etc. Also decent selection - could be better but a vast improvement over other US sites. Finally I really like the site layout, it seems they put a lot of effort into creating a quality site and it shows.
