@**ToyDemon** Disregard the comment below, What I don’t like about this site is faking the price on sale prices.
For example some things on sale on TD shows the original price and the sale price, I suggest removing it all together.
Well it is “fictitious pricing” the sale price of the product is actually the original price. So this kind of misleads customers thinking they are getting a discount.
Could you possibly remove this from the the website?

@Coomer Could you let us know what items you're talking about in particular?
We price our onaholes based on a few criteria:
1. MSRP of the onahole set by the Manufacturer
2. Currency exchange rate
3. Cost of import added to the product
So let's take the most popular item Meiki ZXY on ToyDemon for example and the criteria above:
1. NPG lists the MSRP of ZXY at 8000 yen.
2. Currency exchange is 107yen to 1$ currently listed on Google. Anyone with currency exchange experience will know that banks usually charge a little bit more so you would never get the live market rate. At 107 to 1, that makes 8000 yen = $74.76
3. Depending on shipping with air or ocean and how much qty is imported at the time, import cost could vary quite a bit. If there's additional custom issues (customs will check our shipments from time to time) then extra inspection and moving/storage charges will occur.
So we listed the ZXY at $74.95 right now, which is pretty much in line with the MSRP with the current exchange rate. Our sales price is at $64.95 because price is a huge factor for every consumer. Everyone wants products cheaper and cheaper, and we see a lot of comments mentioning that. $65 is the sale price where we feel we are competitive enough after all the importing and free shipping cost. We don't understand how that is "fictitious pricing"? Would it be better if we just list it at $74.95 without a sale price then?
If you look up Meiki ZXY on google, the first result is on Amazon.com is a $99 price.
If you are going to compare ToyDemon to other Japanese shops that lists a lower price at $55, would you at least be fair see that their cheapest shipping is $26 with a 2-4 months delivery time. On ToyDemon the ZXY is eligible for free shipping. Should we instead list our price at $55, but then charge minimum $25 shipping so the price looks better?
If doing the "fictitious price" benefits us so much, we would just listed everything that way, but how many items are actually on sale? Please realize that when you log in, as a Gold Member you see lower prices on every product because of your member perk.
We also don't increase our prices right before we do a sale. We have seen other shops and Amazon pull this. We don't.
One cannot simply look at a price from other shops and determine "oh, this shop has bad / fake pricing". If everyone lists the price same as Amazon / Walmart, most shops wouldn't even stand a chance to survive. Every shop has their own cost and reasons for setting prices. Some shops might have bad intentions, but we can promise you we don't.
The ZXY example is just one that we listed as it's the most popular and easy to find. While not all of them will follow the same formula, they are pretty similar.
Sorry if this comes of as a rant, but we do not take lightly when being called on having "fictitious price" on our website.
As we have posted before, we're not the only shop to sell onaholes, the choice is yours.

Shipping to canada is way too expensive and everything is always sold out. Cant you find a cheaper method as an option even if it takes ages to arrive
**ToyDemon** ( 8151 )
Sorry that the shipping costs to Canada is higher than expected.
Below we will list and explain each international shipping method we have had and where we are now:
1) USPS First Class International - 7-21 Days
2) USPS Priority International - 10 Days
3) USPS Express International - 5 Business Days
4) FedEx Economy International - 2 - 3 Business Days
5) FedEx Priority International - 1-3 Business Days
6) DHL Worldwide Express - Deliver by end of next possible day
1) USPS First Class International
Pros: Cheapest.
Cons: Limit to 4 LBS. Bad to no tracking. 7-21 days transit time (if we are lucky). No customer service. Duty and taxes collected at random.
So our experience with 1) is very bad. A Meiki ZXY and lube, and basically we cannot ship it with USPS First Class International. Tracking a lot of times won't update and customers will complain and threaten chargeback. Since tracking doesn't update, we will lose the chargeback whether the customer gets the package or not.
If you think a customer feels bad because they lost 100$ and files a chargeback and gets their money back, which is well within their right if their pacakge did not arrive. Imagine how we feel because they picked a cheaper method, and we process everything accordingly but we lose the $100, the $20 chargeback fee, and the products.
In the end we decided no more to save customers and us additional headaches.
2) USPS Priority International
Pros: Faster and better tracking 2).
Cons: USPS customer service. More expensive than 1), 4), 6). Slower transit than 3), 4), 5), 6). Duty and taxes collected at random.
No reason to use this method based on price, speed, and customer service compared to FedEx or DHL. There are also times the customer will be mad at us when their local post office requires them to pay duty before delivery because we didn't mention anything about duty when choosing shipping method. We do mention the duty and taxes on our shipping page.
3) USPS Express International
Pros: Faster than 1), 2).
Cons: USPS customer service, Most expensive. Slower than 4), 5), 6). Duty and taxes collected at random.
Again same reason as 2).
4) FedEx Economy International
Pros: Fast. Tracking. Pricing cheaper than 2), 3), 5). Decent Customer Service.
Cons: More expensive than 6). Duty and taxes must be pre-collected due to how FedEx shipping works.
It was our most used shipping method for a while with international orders, until DHL was offered.
5) FedEx Priority International
Pros: Tied for fastest transit time. Tracking. Decent Customer Service.
Cons: 2nd most expensive. Duty and taxes must be pre-collected due to how FedEx shipping works.
Most people chose 4) FedEx Economy International since price is cheaper and it's only a couple of days slower.
6) DHL Worldwide Express
Pros: Tied for fastest transit time. Price better than all except 1). Great customer service. Gives customer option to prepay duty and taxes, or pay by themselves.
Cons: None so far.
Not only is DHL's transit time faster than all the other services we have used, they also have less issues with clearing customs in European countries compared to FedEx. It probably has to do that DHL is a European company and focuses mainly on import and export services in the US. The customers also have flexibility in choosing if they want to pay duty ahead of time, or take their chances and pay later on DHL.com.
Once DHL was available, it was pretty clear cut for us. Even though it's not as cheap as one would want, comparing transit time, service, cost, and safety as a complete package, it was the best choice.
Hopefully that clarifies the shipping situation a bit.

No negative experience with ToyDemon so far. I just wish shipping to Canada would be cheaper like some others have said.
I'm glad that ToyDemon gave a pretty detailed explanation of the different shipping options they have used and the reasoning behind each one.
Hopefully in the future shipping prices will decrease to Canada

We appreciate that you took the time to read our explanation. If the cost was low enough for us to offer free shipping to Canada, trust us we would.
We will continue to do our best to look for more ways to reduce shipping cost for our international customers.

I think one negative experience I've had with TD is a package coming a bit late. The package was projected to come on a Tuesday and even showed on the website that it arrived but didn't actually appear until Thursday. I don't exactly know if that was a communication error or something of the like but it definitely was the worst experience I've had with TD. Other than that, I've had a great experience with TD.
**ToyDemon** ( 8151 )
If you purchased any of the guaranteed methods (1-Day, 2-Days or 3-Days), please let us know and we'll refund you the shipping. We guarantee the service, because FedEx guarantees us the service. So don't feel bad asking for your shipping money back if you purchased the guaranteed services and it arrives late, FedEx is footing the bill. Please do note that currently because of the pandemic, even guaranteed service could be delayed and the guaranteed is no longer in effect. We made sure to announced this on each product page and at checkout when you're picking your shipping method so customers wont' be mislead. So we are sorry for any convenience caused because of that.
Though there are at times that some customers that would choose free shipping of 5-10 Days and the estimated delivery date on the order would say something like 6/2, Tuesday. Then they would write us on 5/26 , Tuesday, complaining that it's not here and they want their money back..........of 0$ paid, and that it's not due for another week. Yes, some customers are like that.

I havent got negative experience with TD, but with different e-shop with adult goods. Their customer service was really horrible. I emailed them and they didnt answer me. After a week I tried it second time, wrote new email And waited again next 3 days. After 3 days, they finally answered my question without apology. And what Is sad? I missed their sale because of that. Because I needed know something before placing an order...
**ToyDemon** ( 8151 )
We have had users complain about not answering emails when they send it in Friday night at 10pm. Our auto reply do state that our hours are M-F 8-5pm, and we don't want our employees to have to deal with customer service over the weekend. Other than that we will always do our best to respond to you within 24 hours.
RikiGuitarist ( 2 )
Not a negative experience per se, but what would improve my shopping experience with Toy Demon is the ability to get e-mails when a product from my wishlist(s) goes on sale. I do get the occasional e-mail about site-wide sales, but it's a bit frustrating when a certain wishlisted item isn't on sale.
**ToyDemon** ( 8151 )
We did add that feature to the wishlist. You should be able to go into your wishlist and see if notification is on.
However, please check your email spam filters also.
So many people say they don’t get our emails but never bother checking spam or junk folder.

Maybe only happening to me but one of negative experience about Toydemon is that loading time for page and images of product are bit long and frustrated. Also just realized, discontented item's pages are unable to find anymore but well,, site cannot get anymore, better not cry for moon and get positive and try new product i guess.
**ToyDemon** ( 8151 )
Please see our website changes post as we have moved discontinued products to sitemap only. Ppl have complained it’s annoying to see discontinued item since they can’t buy it.
Clairebaby ( 13 )
Although there probably isn't much TD can do about onahole inner packaging, the only negative experience I've had is with one onahole 'Vigin Matchless' made by Fill Works, sold here on Toy Demon. Most onaholes come packaged with hard plastic to hold up its shape, but the one by Fill Works, it was just an onahole in a carboard box, so it came bent and out of shape collapsing on the onaholes own heavy weight but its sill usable, its an amazing onahole; but the onahole is permanently bent. :(

Regarding the issue you're having:
1. Are you talking about the community? If so,within the notifications there are 2 options to unsubscribe. One is to unsubscribe from that specific post, the other is to unsubscribe from all post. Is it not working for you?
Also, if you get to the community page, click on "My Profile" at the very top, once you're in your profile, you can manage your subscription there.
2. We will pass that along to the purchasing and shipping department so that they can setup some kind of notification if a pre-order is delayed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I've purchased quite a lot of things from ToyDemon, I have not encountered anything negative about ToyDemon. The negative part is that I can't stop buying things from this website! The only negative part I have with my online shopping experience, is that I am sometimes sad when items are out of stock but still show on the website. I think the best way to fix this, would be to move discontinued items into a "legacy" section of the store.
**ToyDemon** ( 8151 )
Thanks for the suggestion.
As this has been mentioned many times, for now we have now moved all discontinued products away from search results. We are working on differentiating what are continued by the manufacturer and by us, so people that are interested in products discontinued by us can submit special orders. For those that are interested in looking at all the discontinued products, you can use our sitemap link at the bottom of the page.

I've never had any bad experiences with TD but one thing that bothers me with other sites is there are no group shipping options. For example, I'd like to have the option for all my orders to come in at once. I don't mind delaying a package for multiple preorders/orders. I like to save on packaging, feel like it makes shipping easier on everyone I dunno if I'm explaining it clearly. But TD does a really good job of shipping all the orders together.
Merrysoda ( 130 )
Only problems I have are out of stock items. With the memorial day sale starting, I'm disappointed that a few items I've been eyeing ran out of stock just last week. There used to be a back order function, but the category is currently empty. If people were abusing the function perhaps try limit the feature to repeat customers. Maybe limit the time frame? Like have it only work for items that went OOS within the past 1or 2 weeks or items that will be restocked within the next few weeks.
**ToyDemon** ( 8151 )
With the current pandemic hitting Japan, we are doing our best to get stock in. We are trying to import everything by air, which takes max 3 days to get to us if our vendors in Japan can ship it out. Issues we are facing now is Japan doesn't have available stock because they are waiting for material or inventory from China as well, which is still recovering since they were hit first by covid-19.
Only thing we can really say here as we have said it in other comments. Please make use of the pre-order if you can. It's already has free shipping and takes as fast as 2 weeks if Japan can get everything ready, and the latest about 4 weeks. For example we ordered 200 Meiki 12 from NPG, because after first week of its pre-order, we sold 30+ already, so we knew it was going to move (in the end NPG had no extra stock either and we had to wait months before we could get the 2nd batch due to reasons talked about in the 1st paragraph). Other lesser known product gets maybe 6 pre-orders, and we are not going to order 200 of them if that's the case.
Please also make use your wish list and hit that "Notify Me" button on out of stock products. We keep track of those information and it let's us know that people are interest in these products. If it's a product is not on any wish list and nobody cares whether it comes in stock or not, we most likely won't stock it because, you guessed it, there's no visible demand that we can see.
We understand not being able to buy the product you want is frustrating, but we hope you can understand why it's hard for us especially during this time. It really would help us greatly if more people use those features so we can better prepare our inventory. We are a business after all, if you want to buy, we want to sell it to you.

I'd probably say my negative experience comes to specific items never going back into stock. I understand that because these products are coming halfway across the world that stock is going to fluctuate. And its not really your guys fault because some products will get discontinued because they don't sell in their homeland. It just stinks to see a new product immediately sell out and then in some cases never restock.
Papi ( 205 )
So far so good shopping here, but overall shopping online i find many times you get signed up for newsletter and stuff that you didn't intend to or just didn't see it when you create a account on a website, not sure if some website purposely makes it super small or whatever but then I'd have to go back and unsubscribe each one of those emails.
**ToyDemon** ( 8151 )
Yes we hate that too! Don't worry, other than transactional emails such as order and shipping confirmation, which is needed, everything else can be turned off. We also usually only send you an newsletter when we have a sale. If you are getting emails that you didn't sign up and can't get rid of it from us, please let us know.

@**ToyDemon** I haven't had anything bad on TD, however I had a not so great experience purchasing a scaled doll on another site. The outer box looked fine so, I'm hesitant to blame the site. The inner plastic shell/box had cracks and small pieces broken off, the toy had lines, creases, small dimples/bumps. I'm not sure if it's because it was stored for a long time, not stored in the correct environment, shipping, or original mfg. I still have the toy and it works fine, but it was pricey.
JayS ( 130 )
@**ToyDemon** The only negative experience that I have come across so far while shopping here would be the reward points. If possible, there should be an option in the checkout cart where we can change the amount of the reward points applied to the order. I don't really like that I don't have any option other but to apply all of my remaining reward points into one order.
Coomer ( 104 )
@**ToyDemon** TD you are the best! I only shop here for onaholes!
The only negative experiences I had was a toy defect.
I noticed one of my toys had tiny holes, TD replied back and states according to the manufacturer it was a defect. So I had to destroy via pics and TD sent me another one. So I would like to thank TD for their awesome support team!
Though I think many people wrote this already, Some for the products I want are out of stock a a long time and have to wait months till restock, pre Covid-19.
Otherwise I would like to say, all my packages and never had a problem receiving it, via FedEx pickup.

Though I think many people wrote this already, Some for the products I want are out of stock a a long time and have to wait months till restock, pre Covid-19.
Otherwise I would like to say, all my packages and never had a problem receiving it, via FedEx pickup.

@**ToyDemon** I personally haven’t had any issues with TD at all. But if I were to pick one thing to complain about, it would be the out of stock stuff. Like other people said, stuff tends to be sold out so quick, but having a wide variety and awesome service makes up for it :)

@**ToyDemon** Hello ToyDemon, and thank you for all of your efforts. In times like these, it's always nice to be able to have a company that one can rely on. I've ordered a few things from here, although just decided to sign up today (I am sad that I missed the memorial day sale. If I could give one complaint, it would be the occasional issues with shipping. That particular issue may not be your fault though, and I am pleased to say that I've had a wonderful experience with these products. Thank you again for your service!

@**ToyDemon** Overall this web store does not many of the issues that I usually see in other adult toy stores. The most negative experience I had with ToyDemon is the overall slow loading times. I have heard that from fellow ToyDemon users that they also experience some heavy lag/loading times. At varying times of the day, the website would take few moments or it would take a couple of seconds to load whatever information I was requesting. If the ToyDemon website has a more consistent browsing experience, I feel like I would be more willing to come back to see the new items or sales.

@**ToyDemon** I haven't had any issues with ToyDemon. When online shopping in general, though, I've had an issue where an order was canceled due to lack of stock.

@**ToyDemon** I've only ordered once from toydemon but had no issues. Packaging was discreet and shipping was pretty quick. Negative experience I've had with other online shopping retailers is non responsive customer support when emailing.

@**ToyDemon** I Haven't had any negative experiences thus far but I do love to see more photos/videos of a product outside of the box because of the whole expectation vs reality in choosing products to buy. It falls more on reviews provided but it does help when I consider buying a product.

@**ToyDemon** Most of my orders here have been very smooth with the exception of one. I ordered a couple items, a bonus promotion, and a pre order item. The promotion allowed me to receive 1000 bonus points if I spent $100. I ended up only being shipped the initial items without the bonus or the pre order item. When i contacted the toydemon team they told me that I would receive the bonus points when the full order is shipped so I would need to wait a couple days for the preorder. Eventually, it was shipped and arrived at my house but I did not receive the bonus points so I had to contact the team again. The sales team then contacted the web team and I was able to get the points.
My experience would have been better if the web team could have awarded me my points from the beginning. I wanted to place another order but I was delayed because I wanted to use those points. Now what I am looking for is out of stock so that really hurts.
I would also like to see improvements on the shipping. I only received a tracking number for my preorder from talking to the sales team. My initial order did have a tracking number but it was not updated for the preorder.

I don't have any notable bad experiences with ToyDemon but a problem I once had with ebay was with the package never showing up and not getting reimbursement for it.

Haven't had any negative experiences with TD but just with one of the products I bought. I know its an ask but it would be great if TD did some unboxing of new products themselves to see how the product is and customers could have better insight on what the product is. Overall, however, very satisfied with the site.

Haven't had any negative ToyDemon experiences. My negative online ordering experience is with Amazon, they keep losing my packages!

I haven't had any issues with ToyDemon you guys have been doing great as a company so far. The only real issue I have had with online shopping was from Alixepress and I am not talking about the failed shipping but it was the miss use of my private info. I got a ton of scam emails from china after i bought stuff from them so please keep all our info safe and not sale it and keep the security safe from data breaches. Other then that fear thanks for providing a good service.

With a product like this, it's really hard to justify the cost sometimes without trying. While the top products are indeed top notch, just spending money around the site here and there I've also gotten stuff that I was really kind of disappointed in. So much that it was kind of unusable. And then I'm out some cash. The speed and quality of the service provided here is also great though.
unruly ( 1 )
So far I'd have to say that I have two small complaints. The first is that when you go to filter a search it won't let you select multiple options at once, so you have to select one and wait for it to refresh before selecting another. The second is that I'd like to see a rating of the softness/hardness of the toys. I don't read Japanese, but the prevalence of that circle diagram on a lot of boxes makes me think that it's a rating system. Maybe throw a translation of that up somewhere?

I've been using this site for about six months now and haven't had a single issue. The only real issue I've ever had from shopping online was having a package arrive damaged and already opened with some of the contents stolen!
All my experiences with ToyDemon have been excellent though. In fact, almost all of my deliveries have arrived early and the quality of the products has been top notch! Keep up the good work!

I had an issue with toydemon where I could not redeem a past purchase (made as a guest) to an account that I created later. I know many online stores have this functionality, and I cri for my lost points.
For online shopping in general, I think that finding version/model info on any onahole products is cancer, because most of the companies are based out of Asia.

The biggest annoyance I've encountered with online shopping is product filtering updating after every change. For example, I want to look at a product that's in price range A-D. The price brackets go A-B, B-C, etc. It's rather annoying having to click A-B, wait for it to update, B-C, wait for products to update, C-D. This especially becomes frustrating if the site is overloaded or if my own internet is slow
Rantaro ( 22 )
The only issue I experienced is when checking out and adding a coupon the coupon won't work. I had to contact support to know how to fix my problem. A quick messaging system like chat could work since emailing support can take time but I don't think its the best solution to it.
hungrywolf ( 9 )
I generally haven't had any real significant experience with Toydemon, the closest I can think of was one of my packages was maybe a tad open at the seam and you could possibly see the packaging inside if you looked real hard. Yeah thats about the closest I can think of but generally all packages before and after were quite discrete, it was just the one.
Atriox ( 11 )
The only issue I encountered was that I couldn't remove items from my cart and was unable to shop until it fixed itself a few weeks later after a sale.
A negative experience i had on others sites has been the difficult search engines they use on their websites.

I bought from Toydemon lately and the experience was good. The only issue was that I wanted to buy a TOMAX Real at some point but it was out of stock and I bought another thing instead (so not having things in stock is a bit of an issue). Generally speaking I wish there's more guidance on these products where you can have some reviews on the softness/odor/maintainence to give us some ideas on what to buy. You have the softness at the moment but it is not very complete. I'm referring to something like the fleshlight assist website and that's probably what we need.

My shopping experience at TD is mostly positive. The only negative thing I can really think of is stocking. I'd like to see out of stock items return more quickly.
PuppetWings ( 75 )
I've had a weird shopping cart glitch before where it wouldn't let me remove everything so I couldn't purchase anything because it told the item was not available, however I contacted customer support and they helped fixed that promptly and all is well!
mrchicken221 ( 2 )
pretty good experience shopping at toydemon so far, one negative shopping experience in general would definitely be shipping delays or receiving the wrong items.
gooseincaboose ( 111 )
First thing that comes to mind is a sort of lack of user-friendliness the front page has. It's like there's not much control on what to look for, like anal/vaginal holes, until i click on one of these. It's pretty annoying.
SquishyFun ( 150 )
I would say a negative experience i've encountered is that in my opinion it appears that for many items you will do pre-orders (which i've used before and had no issue with) but then the item that was available for pre-order isn't in stock in your store for purchase. I do impulse buy for items available but knowing an item is only available for pre-order and i'd have to way a month or so to get it will turn me away from wanting the item at all. It would be nice to see pre-ordered items available and ready for purchase after it's release.
I know there is likely a good explanation for it but it's just simply something that has affected my experience shopping on toydemon.

I just had my first order here and I don't really find anything negative yet. My online shopping experience has been decent and the only time I was no satisfied is that the product I got was defective but the return policy is annoying so I kept the product, luckily it wasn't something expensive.
I have some thoughts improving the website, what about creating a thread for the customers to vote for what new products they want to add to the selection, and also provide video demo on products (especially the ones that are more popular)? So that the customers could have a better understanding of what they are purchasing and could compare to the products they owned already.

I can rarely think of any negative experience with Toydemon. If I need to be nit picky then the only things that I can recall is maybe not using my points on time and receiving products that had minor damage like a mark on the product or very tiny chip on the onaholes.
What I dislike about online shopping in general is not being able to see the product in person. Pictures, video, dimension size, material texture are all very important.

I would say my experience here at Toydemon has been great, nothing bad really.
For online shopping, in general, my problem is usually with slow customer service, I hate it when I have to wait 10 minutes for someone to answer my call or wait a few days to get a reply. But these instances rarely happen as I usually order through reputable sellers.

Not sure if its necessarily negative but id like to see a wider variety of products being added on(which im sure is bound to happen over time) lots of products i find on other sites id like to try arent yet available through here which is a shame because the shipping prices here are what keeps me buying over the other sites.
KarlFranz ( 64 )
I don't like how long it takes for some items to get back into stock since I am probably gonna miss the memorial day sale because I've been waiting forever for some onaholes to come back into stock. Also one of my favorite onaholes the saki ootsuka 2nd gen was discontinued.

I have had a few small problems with Toydemon, none of which caused more than a minor inconvenience. One is the load times for some pages on the site which can get annoying if you are browsing for multiple products and the other is a shipping delay I had on my last order; though it was only a one day delay I thought it was work mentioning since I chose the 2-day shipping. Overall my experiences with this site have been amazing, keep up the amazing work!

My recent experience with amazon left me boycotting the site. I have a few gift cards that I entered into my account(I had been using for years) and made an order. My order was put on hold and my account was eventually disabled. I called and emailed customer support many times and no one but one person even attempted to help me. I lost 85 usd in gift cards and I can't use any of my personal cards on the site. I was never able to even access my account or able to refund the gift cards to give to someone else. My experiences with toydemon have been great keep it up.

Only negative experience is things not being in stock for weeks at a time. I know we’ve had some issues recently but hot sellers should have some more stock available. Pretty sure onaholes don’t expire, so some more availability would be nice i guess. Other than that it’s been smooth sailing so far.

I have only had two orders shipped from you guys so far! Everything shipped super fast and very discretely, service was great! If I could change anything, it would be to have a button that takes you directly to the cart instead of the side pop out bar. (Or maybe I just can't find it!) It keeps me from seeing everything I do have in my cart for some reason. OR if I cant see the button, someone please tell me where its at... 0.o No other complaints!!! I'm about to make my 3rd order! Lol! THANK YOU!

I haven’t ordered anything off of TD before, and haven’t had any issue with purchasing items off other online retailers. But one issue I find with TD is slow loading times when transferring pages, it can be annoying sometimes.

So I've never personally had any issue with TD's customer service and discreet packaging. The Fed ex hold option is fantastic. My online shopping experience is from my mobile and navigating the site can be trickier than from a PC for me. Currently I'm have difficulty getting my memorial day promo code to work. Nothing pre-ordered just in stock items, but it tells me the coupon is invalid. So that's a negative because I'd really like the discount.
Finally TD definitely outranks other sites for customer service and discreet packaging. I've had plenty of embarrassing moment from other retailers who weren't discreet even though they advertise they do.

No issues with TD so far, but issues I’ve had with other sites would be a lack of discreet shipping. Because I never know if I can be at home when the package arrives, I always use the FedEx hold option. This is the reason I still keep coming back to this site because of this amazing option. I wish that more sites had it, because I can never trust discreet shipping

I recently ordered something and accidentally shipped it to the wrong address I realized as soon as I send on the order. I immediately sent a request to change it through the help desk and though the right address was on my account and the order was cancelled the order still went to the first adress. I still got my package since It went to my apartment which are usually really shitty about receiving packages but I was really stressed about it until I saw it got delivered.

No negative experience with Toy Demon. In regards to online shopping my biggest turn off is when a vendor takes a long time to respond to message/ticket. A long time for me is greater than 72 hours. Toy Demon usually gets back to me within 24 hour which makes me happy.
HentaiDesires ( 17 )
I haven't ordered here yet but my most negative experience with online shopping is not being able to track my order. I once ordered something online and since the expected time isn't always accurate my order was left outside for a while. just glad it wasn't stolen. If there wasn't an accurate tracking system with this website, especially with onaholes it could be bad if my family found it. that would be hard to explain haha.
MasterOfDebator ( 15 )
One negative online shopping experience I've had is when I'm being told that there is a payment issue on my order and therefore it cannot be process, even though I clearly have funds in my card.
Sleepyloli ( 31 )
The only negative thing Iv'e come across so far is I had ordered a product and the description stated the size was about 15 inches wide, but when I received it the product itself was only about 12 inches wide, however the box it came in was 15 inches wide. So It'd be nice if the dimensions in the description were of the product, not the box it comes in. Other than that everything has been perfect, quite possibly the best website to shop on.

I can't ever recall having a bad purchase experience with ToyDemon but I have had some issues with the website. I've got Gigabit internet speed and the website is very slow to load (~15+ secs occasionally) and sometimes the product pictures don't load unless I refresh the page. It's not a big deal because it always eventually loads and, as I previously stated, I've had zero issues with purchasing any products but maybe it would be a good idea to run some checks on the server hardware. Good luck to everyone on the giveaway!
Spring ( 188 )
I have only had issues with shopping on Toy Demons website. On some occasions, even with fast internet, the website is very slow and takes awhile for anything to load. Another issue is that I dislike the the new "check my cart" style. It definitely is a nice UI but on mobile and on browsers it sometimes is to small or behaves inappropriately to the point it doesn't update properly when adding or removing items.
Also, I do miss the ratings and videos that Toydemon used to do on a lot of onaholes.
Furthermore, the worst experience I had while shopping online was when the product image didn't match the product name or description. Many people shop by the pictures, not by the name or description and it can lead to purchasing mistakes. I have seen this issue before on Toydemon with the Japanese real hole series.

Hmmm I just found this community function today, never noticed it before.
I was gonna comment on UI but there's a major improvement on it since my last shopping experience, good one for you!
I'd say that the only negative experience I had was have to scroll all the way down to see full "details". I believe a brief description deserves a place right next to the pictures.
Or it might just be me with too large a screen zoom-in ratio...

Not sure if my post submitted so I'll type it here again.
My negative experience at toydemon is moreso the negative experience of shopping online. i recently purchased a tomax venus real soft version with some accessories and the delivery fee to canada was enormous due to the currency conversion and duty tax etc. when it did arrive i was eager to try it out but was disappointed to find the hole was a bit loose in comparison to my previous onaholes. the onahole didnt really grip my member and the textures inside was so shallow i barely felt anything. now my expensive purchase remain a disappointing investment and there's not much i can do about it. i wish i could get a better view and feel of my purchases before buying but that's unfortunately the limitations of online shopping. Im pleased with the delivery speed and tracking though, it came in 2 days with a tracking url too.

No negative experiences with Toydemon so far. Everything has been priced fairly accounting for the fact that it has already been imported and is shipping locally. Thanks for existing! One thing that happens with a lot of online sellers is a lack of product information and reviews. This seems especially important for things such as onaholes when an image can only provide you so much information. Reviews are still lacking on many products, but fortunately there are some onahole review websites that do help provide useful insight on the pros and cons of the toy. I can't really consider this a negative, but it would be a nice thing to see for the community going forward.

It's already been mentioned, but shipping to Canada is too expensive. It's not really worth it for me to buy from ToyDemon unless I'm temporarily in the US.
On another note, I appreciate the community giveaways and promotions every so months. However, the utility that Canadians get from these coupons is drastically less relative to domestic US buyers. Suppose there's a $20 off promo off $100+ purchase. A domestic buyer will get roughly a 20% discount, but a Canadian buyer will only incur roughly a 13% discount due to the exorbitant shipping costs ($20 is roughly 13% of $100 + ~$60). This issue is magnified when I'm thinking of making a smaller purchase. Suppose I only want to make a $60 purchase. I'll have to pay a $60 fixed cost on shipping regardless. Perhaps a coupon like SHIPFREE but applicable to international shipping may mitigate this concern. However, I also understand if ToyDemon's priorities aren't focused in this area at the moment.

I find that products on Toydemon tend to run out of stock very quickly and then take a long time to come back in. This happens a lot with the holes that tend to get recommended the most online (for obvious reasons). I know that being a US based store makes inventory management tricky, but I still TD still has room to improve in that regard.
FluffyLove ( 29 )
In general, it's tough when I want to buy something and the version I want is not in stock (while all the other versions are). Not sure what could be done to keep that from happening though. You guys are doing a great job.
gboi229 ( 101 )
My only negative experience is that the website can sometimes feel really slow when loading pages. Other websites are pretty fast when changing sorting options and browsing in general, but the Toydemon site seems like it takes a while for me. Just a small nitpick but it something I think about every time I visit the site.
FappyEnding ( 151 )
I haven’t had any issues here. But one thing I hate and I see it on other shops and even amazon, is that they let you add an item and checkout with a small message like will be available June 10th, or available in 2-3 weeks. I rather they just tell me it’s not available and don’t let me add to cart. Lot of times I would order and be like why isn’t it here yet, then notice it’s won’t ship till later.
It’s partially my fault because I missed the note, but still very annoying.
I like here how instead of add to cart it will say pre-order so you can tell the difference.

The only negative experience I've ever had with ToyDemon is waiting months for some products to restock only for them to end up discontinued.
For shopping in general, I've had a toy that was "discreetly shipped" but it was still incredibly obvious what was inside (a dildo). ToyDemon does a good job putting products in a generic box.

For me the negative experience I have had with online shopping is me adding something to my cart, then going to checkout 5 mins later for it to say that it’s out of stock even though the website still says 5 left in stock. And also something tracking with packages, I have had packages where tracking didn’t update at all after it left the origin country or warehouse, since I pickup at my post office I don’t even know if the package is there or not when that happens
Namenick ( 132 )
I believe the only negative thing (which isn't TD's fault) I've encountered is not knowing which products have been discontinued by a manufacturer. If it's possible to receive an alert and have a chance to buy the remaining stock of a product that would be great.

I've been a customer for years and just had my first bad experience; although it wasn't ToyDemon's fault.
I ordered a sleeve and lube with an expected delivery date. FedEx then extended the delivery date. When that date came and went, FedEx extended the delivery for the following week. That date was then changed again.
I contacted ToyDemon and received a quick response with the explanation that the covid crises has affected shipping companies. I appreciate the quick response. FedEx delayed the shipment yet again, but I did finally receive my package after it was in the hands of the USPS.

Only bad experience here, considering I haven't made a purchase from this website yet, is just missing out on products that have been discontinued. Less to do with the site and more to do with me just not biting the bullet. That said, bad-dragon definitely has an issue with a pretty notorious experience that is a lack of transparency when it comes to custom toys. Granted this website doesn't actually make toys, a lack of information and status updates/shipping tracking is stressful to deal with.

Never had a negative experience with TD shopping, shipping etc. I may have been disappointed with a couple of products but that is not something I really blame TD for. In general negative experiences.... On a couple rare occasions the item not showing up or being badly packed so the item in question was damaged. Recently I ordered a prop/toy from Amazon and they didn't represent it's size accurately. Way too small for my purposes, had to return it and search around for a replacement that had clearer set dimensions for what I needed size size. Works out in the end but it ate up a week of time I would have rather not wasted. On the subject of the giveaway- are the winners allowed to choose the firmness of the Venus or is everyone getting the regular?

I've never purchased anything from Toy Demon yet. My bad experiences in general have been bootleg products. When viewing the product there will be a picture of the actual product but when it comes in its a bootleg that looks different than the pictures

I as new user I haven't had any negative problems. But that main thing is just the lack of reviews on so many products, I understand you guys cannot force review buts I hope you find ways to encourage folks to review products. My only problem with online shopping in general has been long shipping times or tracking numbers that haven't work or not accurate. But my experience with Toy Demon has been great overall.

Overall my experience on the site has been smooth, but it is a bit of a negative to see items no longer in stock on the searches; I think that items that are permanently unavailable should be removed from the archive or have their own section in case people want to make special orders.

It's not exactly a big deal but I'm a little annoyed with the category options in the left side of the store when viewing products. Whenever you choose a category, the whole page refreshes after a few seconds. Usually when I want to input my specifications, I'd do it all at once before refreshing to the searched products. There's that three to four second delay after choosing an option for you to move down the page before it refreshes and brings you back to the top. It would be more convenient if we were able to choose all our options at once and click a "Search" or "Update" button to finalize it for one refresh. Again, it's not really a big deal. I'm actually grateful that it even has options for you to choose, because a lot of similar websites do not have the same feature.

Thanks for letting us know.
Before we would do a change, we might need to get more takes on what they prefer. So if anyone has more to say about this, we'd be glad to hear it.

I have 2 orders here in the last month. My only negative is that I wish promos would have been automatically included or notify me that my orders qualified.

I haven't had any negative experience on with you guys yet. An example of negative experience I have received during online shopping though would be a seller that kept blaming me for using a product incorrectly when the product was damaged from shipping. The seller was adamant that I was the one that broke the product, but won't listen to me and so I ended up eating the cost and never going back.

I have yet to have a bad experience with your guys website but a gripe I have is that you guys only have 1 plush doll. You guys use to have two other variants the maeki hip and torso but now you only sell the torso dx. I found another customer saying they wanted your older plush product just like me and someone from your team messaged saying that it didn't sell well so they where removed. But I feel from the tons of sold out items from your website recently that you guys have a lot of new customer's. And with new customers you guys might get some of those customers that might now be interested in those other plush hips. Plus don't you guys make that plush? Anyways I love your guys site and service keep up the good work.

I have only made two orders on ToyDemon so far, one for a Lolicon Virgo and two Meiki Toy Bag Pluses, and one for a Bonus GC purchase. Everything has been great, even the cheap shipping was super fast since I'm located rather close. It would be nice if the bonus GC purchasing process was a little more streamlined but it isn't too difficult. One small thing I can think of, that isn't necessarily a negative experience, would be to maybe add pictures of a ruler measuring the dimensions of the toy bags as even though you have the dimensions in the listings and pictures with a toy for scale it can be hard to gauge the size of the toy bags. I do kind of wish that I had ordered one regular and one plus bag. I haven't really had many negative online shopping purchases that stick out in my mind, fortunately. Just slightly late shipping due to the seller and not the delivering service, slightly but noticeably used items being sold as new (I don't think that will be a problem here).

I don't like that breasts and hips are the same category and in general the browsing experience leaves something to be desired. It's not bad, just okay.
