Thanks to everyone that participated in the giveaway #7. Three randomly drawn winners were awarded with $20 in reward points. It was great reading how everyone learned about and found the world of onaholes. There were even responses that came close to how we discovered onahole and eventually started Toydemon back in 2008. Alright, lets get the ball rolling for this week so here is the third topic we picked from giveaway #5 suggested by @FappyEnding. Three winners will be drawn on 7/03/2020 and receive $20 in reward points to use toward anything on the website.

First is customer service. If the customer service sucks, I'm spending my money somewhere else. Depending on the product, I'm more tolereant of the other two, but not with customer service. Either the customer service is good or I'm not coming back.
Second is price. Too expensive and I won't buy. Too cheap and I probably won't buy because I'm expecting low quality. Generally, I look for the $40-60 range. That's where I'm confident I'm getting a good product without spending too much.
Third is shipping speed. I've always received my products early, but getting them fast doesn't really matter to me. I know with ToyDemon I don't have to deal with customs and I don't have to deal with the horror stories of waiting months for my toys. As long as I get my purchase within a reasonable time, I'm okay with it.
I'm not sure if the question is separate from the ranking, so I'll answer just in case. I already have a decent collection that reliably gets me off so I look for unique experiences that I can trust to last for a while, either from reviews or reputation that companies such as TOMAX have. I don't really care about a realistic experience (unless it's a breast toy) although I do like them. That's why these "monster" and anime toys appeal to me. They're not afraid to go wild with the designs.

@**TD** A similar trend appears... and I agree. Price, customer service and then shipping speed. Of course they’re all important, but the price tells you a lot about a product. And you wouldn’t want to buy from someone who’s got bad customer service. That leaves the expendable part, shipping speed. As long as it ships, I’m in no rush.

Because the question is about online shopping, price comes out on top of customer service. When online shopping, customer service is really only of importance when something goes wrong. People already have the ease of looking up online stores reputations with order fulfillment, so this should not be too big of a deal. This is opposed to shopping in person where customer service is more naturally a part of the experience the whole time. Shipping speed is not a big deal. While fast shipping is nice, I'm patient enough to be fine with the item arriving within a reasonable time period.

I would start off by saying design is most important I'm always excited to try something new and unique. Second would be durability no one likes a one time experience especially if it was a expensive one. And finally size I tend to lean towards the larger toy's

1. Price. Competitive prices are what attract people in the first place.
2. Customer Service. Treating the customers like people instead of sources of income is extremely important in any business
3. Shipping speed. I'm a patient person, so shipping times don't really bother me too much.

Price than shipping for me with customer service being last. In all the years I've used Toy Demon there's been no issues.
When it comes to buying stuff online I first look for quality products with good durability and if the price fits my budget for the month I'll but it.

Price is definitely the first and basically only priority out of the three. Shipping speed does not matter to me unless the thing I am buying is super urgent (like a gift I forgot I had to give).
I usually never think about customer service, because I rarely use it. Although, if I do need it and it sucks, then I do not return to that company.

I think it isn't a surprise that price is the biggest thing customers look for when online shopping. But I also prefer shopping on websites that I can be sure are safe and reliable.
1. Price - (The biggest thing for me is not paying like $20 shipping for onaholes from other sites in Japan)
2. Customer Service - (I also would rather not "get a good deal" from sketchy sites that could be scams)
3. Shipping Speed - (I ain't no coomer, so shipping speed is by far the least important)

1: price ( if I find the product somewhere else at a lower price I will most likely purchase there. conversely, if the price is too low I become skeptical)
2: customer service (company reputation/reviews, community involvement. No point in buying something that wont be supported after your purchase)
3: speed (yes amazon can have anything on my doorstep within 48 hours, but patience isn't an issue here.)

Price is usually most important to me when making an online purchase, followed by shipping speed and then customer service. Unless it's something I need urgently, I am willing to wait for my order if it means a better price. Of course, if it takes a ridiculously long time to ship, I might be willing to order elsewhere or pay more, but I'm usually willing to wait. Customer service is important, but I usually only have to deal with customer service if there's a problem with my order.

I care about getting a product that lasts and has quality for the price. It's a waste to buy even cheap products that have limited use or prone to defects.
Customer service is great but mainly for getting it shipped right. Since these products can't exactly be return there is a potential for buyers remorse which customer service doesn't do very much for (like defects).
Speed isn't as important as shipping discreet and on time. Also if you have it sent to a pickup location speed is going to, well, be at it's slowest.

Customer service is important to me because there is nothing more frustrating than having a problem with an order and being unable to contact CS. There have been times when I have made a mistake when ordering online and need to contact CS before the item has been processed and shipped. This is especially important when the item is a sex toy! I know I can depend on TD CS to help me out if there is a problem.

@**TD** Since this is my question, I'll go into a little more depth.
1. Customer Service - Any shop that actually has good-great customer service, is aware of its market and competitors. I HATE dealing with bad customer service. I am sure anyone that has ever dealt with bad customer service can relate.
2. Shipping - I have gotten so used to getting things in 1-2 days with Amazon Prime that waiting more than a week is not acceptable to me. Especially when I order onaholes I can't wait to try them.
3. Price - As I mentioned above, if a shop has good customer service, that means they are likely a well ran business that is aware of its market and competitors. My experience is that their prices might be slightly higher but nothing crazy. So I rather deal with them than just going blindly on price. "You get what you pay for".

I look for something between customer service and price with shipping speed being the last thing i consider. Customer service and price are pretty neck and neck as how we communicate with the distributor is just as important as the price they put on the product they are trying to sell. It entices the buyer to get to know their product. Shipping speed is least regarded because as long as I receive them, I will wait if the other two factors are more than exceptional.

1. Normally when I shop online I like to look at both the reviews people post first for any product, or a way to see a video of what I'm buying. For example, if I'm normally interested in buying an onahole here, I tend to use a website called http://onahodouga.com/ and it's a blog website from a user that has a lot of onaholes from various companies rated along with his in depth review of it. If the onahole on Toydemon has reviewers on a toy I want too, I'll probably give it a glance. I also feel the company behind any product is very important to me because it gives me an indicator on the quality of production a product has. TVs are a huge example of that. I may not get to see the TV itself when shopping online in person, but I can at least identify what company made that TV to give me a deciding factor on if I'm at least interested or not for that TV product.
2. I believe the following is important from most to least
Customer Service
Price
Shipping Speed
Customer service should always be a #1 priority for any company. The relationship between a customer and an employee or any company with services matters so much. Communication is essential for every business and the better customer service a company has, the more likely a consumer will stick with that company as a whole. As for price, I do believe it all comes down to preference, but I normally think price is most important when it comes to shipping. Shipping speed is still important, but I'm a really patient person, so I don't mind waiting a long time for something to come in even if there's delays and pre-orders that I have to wait on until the product comes out.

@**TD** My current priorities go:
Price
Customer Service
Shipping Speed
I think that as far as price goes, it's less about finding it as cheaply as possible but more about knowing I'm getting a genuinely good deal. I've noticed other sites seem to heavily "discount" a product but will use much heftier price point as a base, essentially keeping the actual cost similar to other sites.
Customer service sort of plays into my previous point, I want to know that the vendor cares about their consumers rather than tries to pressure them into buying products with smoke and mirrors offers. The more transparent the vendor is with communication, the better.
While I and everyone would love to have their product asap, I'm willing to wait if the above two factors apply, if I got a good deal from a reputable vendor that I can reliably message if something comes up, then fast shipping times are just icing on the cake.

In terms of importance for me: Customer Service > Shipping Speed > Price
Customer Service is at the top because it's always important to be able to talk to the distributor for questions, changes/cancellation/additions of your order, if a product comes damaged. Good customer service will always get people coming back (as long as their prices aren't insanely expensive) Like what Gabe Newell said about video games, piracy is a service issue, not a pricing issue.
Shipping Speed is second because people have to remember, that the processing time is also part of the shipping process as well as shipping options. Having options available to you is great. If people want to pay $30 so they can have it the next day, let them. If they're fine waiting two weeks to get their product but that means shipping is free, let them! Options are amazing so having only one shipping option actually can hurt a business in the long run (unless that one option is amazing).
Price is arguably the least important aspect, but its still important of course. People will most likely seek out the cheapest options available to them. People are willing to pay a little bit of a premium towards their favorite product but even if ToyDemon worships your very feet, if they're selling a product for $60 that you can get at another storefront for $20, you're most likely going to choose the $20 option.

Customer service and Price kinda flop between the two while shipping is definitely the least important. It definitely sucks to get bad shipping prices depending on where you order from but it's kind of to be expected if you're ordering from another country. Customer service being really good is extremely important for those cases where a shipping is delayed or an issue comes up and a customer just wants to know whats going on and what not but at the same time it really does come down to what you're paying for what you're getting. Some websites overcharge way too much for certain things that it really is just a deal breaker.

1. Customer Service - I've had some problems with delivery dates and products being delivered in damaged conditions so being able to talk to someone and have reliable help is the most important thing. It boosts my confidence in buying something online, especially if it's overseas.
2. Price - This is probably always in my head somehow. I don't want something to be too expensive for the value.
3. Shipping Speed - Typically, most sites have a predictable time range in which stuff is delivered, so I just work around that. I don't really ever need something to come immediately.
I think visual design is something to look for when making online purchases. There's a lot of products out there, even more on the internet so having something that kind of appeals to me or is unique from the rest is something I look out for.

1. Customer service. Being able to reliably communicate with the store in case of any issues is probably the most important thing for me.
2. Price. At the end of the day, I will be spending money for a product so if I can get it cheaper that's great. But it won't be at a place that's unreliable.
3. Shipping speed. I'm perfectly fine with waiting for my delivery as long as the above two points are good.

@**TD** For me it's more about speed and customer service so I know how soon I'll get what I've bought and if there's something that goes wrong how easy is it to deal with the seller. In comparison, price is the least concern out of the three since a good customer service is harder to find when choosing a reliable place to shop.

For me this really depends on the item at hand. For something like Onaholes Customer Service is a little more important to me than price (ToyDemon has really good support compared to competitors I've tried and it's one of the reasons they're currently my go to for sextoys.)
However for most other items I'll prioritize price over customer service. I'll frequently deal with Chinese stores that have customer service ranging from decent to got awful with shipping speeds upwards of 30+ days. But if the items are affordable and good quality it makes up for the shortcomings in customer service and shipping speed for me.
It all goes back to what specific Item I'm buying, I'd never buy an Onahole or any other sex toy from a chinese marketplace due to safety concerns, however for electronics and cables it's the first place I'll look.
Where as if I need something right away I'll usually suck it up and pay a little more to get the item quicker.

Good customer service in an online retail can, within reason, prevent or respond to the huge number of uncertainties in online transactions—even if it's just through simple communications with us customers. Prices are usually secondary to this for me. I never mind paying an extra for anything when it's from a retail I trust. Lastly, while shipping speed is important and fast today, I don't mind slower delivery options. I remember back in the primeval days of online retail, three to four weeks delivery time was the norm—six to eight if we were importing an album or game from the Far East. It's crazy how far we've come.

I fell in love with ToyDemon because of the prices. You guys have an amazing selection comparable to Otona.jp and it's all domestic, so shipping is a dream.
Being a newbie, customer service with you guys was very smooth and understanding. And lastly, shipping is so fast, I couldn't ask for any faster.
Honestly, I'm okay with a long wait because that makes me feel like I got to earn it. Yeah, I'm working my butt off so I can get rewarded with the arriving product.
Thanks ToyDemon.

1. Price(Must fit budget, try to fit thing I wants til can get free shipping)
2.Customer Service
3.Shipping Speed (just want my thing, don't mind speed, free shipping would be great)
I also look at reviews of product to see if it's good and pictures of product. I usually try not to go over $100 unless to treat myself to something more expensive once in a while.

my logic behind it is the price will entice me and i'm not too concerned with getting it as fast as possible and if the customer service is top notch then i know I can get an update or eta on my order.

1. Price. Competitive pricing brings in customers, and many will go around looking for the best deal they can find on a given item
2. Customer Service. Treat people like people, and as many have pointed out: For most this won't matter and some people hardly use it. But if your customer service is awful whenever someone actually needs it, it can leave a bad taste in their mouths and they may not want to come back.
3. Shipping Speed. Maybe this is just me, but as long as it gets here in one piece and in the promised time, I'm fine. Just be transparent with estimated ship times. Especially if it's from overseas or for heavier items, a wait is to be expected either way. Kind of ties in with Customer Service, too. As long as there's communication in case something goes wrong with shipping, I think it should be fine.

Price is the main factor in pulling in customers because they like money. Shipping speed is 2nd because people don't like waiting. Customer Service is 3rd because it doesn't really matter as long as their item doesnt break.
