Does anyone know which shipping service toy demon uses? I want to pick up orders instead of receiving them by mail.

@fmte5 I contacted support about this on top of having issues with this problem exactly.
They use USPS for their cheapest delivery option, which you could in theory call your local post office and if they are nice enough, they would hold your package for pickup, or to hold the package, pay the 19$ delivery pickup fee lmao switch to ups or FedEx at that point.
their expedited shipping options use fedex and ups. they change from time to time so you cannot tell whether or not it will be ups or fedex, even if one time one specific shipping option was ups last time, it could literally just change to fedex. what i can tell u is there is a way to have both shipping options for pickup for free.
for fedex its straightforward just go to app/ website and set it there.
for ups you can set your regular mail delivery preference to some place you can pickup. change it back right after. I advise you to just go with cvs unless you want to experience a charge potentially but I got no clue if they will charge you at the ups store or not when picking up. normally the regular cost would be 6$
I did not get charged this way and even though it is a bit of a loop, it should work.
I wished toydemon would work with carriers but it seems they don't ever have plans for it.

@fmte5 to answer your question, Toy Demon uses United States Postal Service. USPS does not offer for “pick-up at location” unfortunately.
The only way to have the item be picked up at location is if you select from their “expedited” shipping options. That way, they’ll send it via FedEx and then you’ll have the option to pick up at a location which you designate. It’s expensive, but it’s the only way to pick up your items personally from the carrier. Hope that helps.

I live in the U.S. all my packages have come via the USPS and I generally order 2-3 items at a time.

@fmte5 Free/6-10d seem to use USPS and the other ones use UPS Ground/Express/Overnight/etc from my experience. Don’t know if it’s different for how far away you are but that’s been consistent for all of my purchases.

@fmte5 The Free/6-10 day option has been USPS Ground Advantage for me, I don't think you can request "hold for pickup" on those. USPS into my area consistently has an extra 2-3 day delay after it arrives at the local package hub, so I've been paying for the "Standard" 3-5 day shipping.
3 orders shipped via UPS Ground, what @vtygrh mentioned regarding UPS is probably correct. I have UPS My Choice Premium so I don't pay to change my deliveries.
1 physically larger order (contained a Plush Hip) shipped via FedEx Home Delivery. You never pay to "hold for pickup" with FedEx, just sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager (free), they'll verify your phone number or address or something, and as long as your information with FedEx matches what ToyDemon put on your shipping label, you'll be able to set it for "Hold for Pickup" on the tracking page. You can hold at FedEx Office, a FedEx Ship Center, and at least in my area, 3rd party locations that include one Walmart with a FedEx Office inside it, plus every Dollar General and Walgreens. I've sent a package or 2 that required a signature to the 24/7 Walgreens across town. Very convenient.
The 2 and 3 day shipping options are redundant in my case, so IDK what they use. I'm only 2 days away from ToyDemon's Illinois address for FedEx/UPS Ground shipping. Having been on the sender end of things, if you send something "FedEx 2 Day" to a residence that's only a day away, they will actually just send it Ground anyways, and you lose out on FedEx Home Delivery's Sunday delivery if they offer it in your area. Haven't really needed to overnight an onahole but I imagine they still use FedEx or UPS for all 3 expedited options.
Oh, they have a support page that basically says the same thing lmao
