For those that wanted a tighter feeling from the A10 Cyclone, then the A10 Cyclone Insert: Medusa Head Cup S/M is for you. It is designed smaller than the original Medusa Head Cup and will provide a tighter fit when used with the R-1 Attachment: A10 Cyclone. The entrance has a diameter of 1.50 inches which may be too tight for some individuals so please measure yourself to make sure this insert will work for you.
The Medusa Head Cup M/L is the original insert that comes with the A10 Cyclone. If you need a replacement, then get the M/L.
This is the separate insert for A10 Cyclone.
