Here you'll find answers to questions asked about shipping, billing, and ordering. If you don't find your answer here, simply reply the topic and post your own questions. We'll try our best to answer them.
Q. My transaction failed but it's showing up on my credit card?
The failed transaction were never processed on our end but your institution reserves the funds whenever a fund request is made. Those transactions will automatically be release by your banking or credit card institution within a couple business days depending on your banking institution policy. We would like to reassure you that from our end, the order were never processed and that the pending charge will be release.
If your credit card failed and you don't see any wrong information, it's best you email us. We might be able to inform you why it failed, rather than having multiple failed pending charges.
Q. I have tried to use my Visa debit card and it is coming up "declined" I have verified that the funds are available and the information entered is correct... Do certain banks block purchases from your site for some reason?
From the numerous number of transaction we have, this has not been a problem. However as we are based in Illinois, it may show up as a purchase out of state which may trigger some sort of security protection.
Q. Do I need to register to order?
No, simply click on "Register or Checkout Anonymously". Fill out your Billing/Shipping information and just leave out the make an account information.
Q. Is your shipping discreet?
Yes, we used unmarked USPS or brown boxes. The return name is a shorten version of our company name and not ToyDemon. The return address is our P.O. box for USPS and we used a residential address for FedEx for our customer's discretion.
Q. How do I get a tracking number?
You will receive a shipping email containing a number for you to use with whatever carrier you pick. Registered members can check their order status on our site.
Q. What will show up on my Billing Statement?
Only our company name will show up rather than ToyDemon. Our company's name is listed in the checkout form for your convenience.
Q. Do you accept Check/Money Order/Cash?
Sorry we don't. However our system is setup to accept Visa and American Express Gift Card for our customers who wants to pay discreetly.
Q. Why is ToyDemon not responsible for any lost or damaged shipment with USPS?
On many other online stores, you'll notice somewhere hidden on their site it states that their responsibility ends with the carrier. Meaning they aren't responsible for it once they ship it. That's actually on our site too, but we feel that we should be upfront with our customer. USPS is cheap but at a cost to reliability. During Tax and Holiday seasons, we've experienced damaged, incorrect routing, delays, lost, and once a package was damaged and mark signed for when the customer never signed for it and it showed up completely destroyed. These are the reasons we worked hard to add FedEx as a carrier. All FedEx Express Air packages will include real tracking, insurance, and signature at no extra cost to our valued customers.
Q. Do you send anything to my shipping or billing address?
Other than your order? No we will never send advertisements to your shipping or billing address.
Q. Do you send to P.O. Box?
If you want your order to ship to a P.O. Box, please use USPS as your shipping method.
Q. What carrier do you use for free shipping?
Depends really on the location, size, and weight of the package. We will place insurance on it for your peace of mind.
Q. What do you write on customs form for international shipping?
Please visit our shipping policy page for up-to-date information on this matter.
Q. Do you accept debit card?
Only if it is a Visa/Mastercard Debit card.
Q. Do you accept Paypal/Google Checkout? I seem to remember checking out with Paypal/Google Checkout on your site.
Yes, once upon a time we offered both Paypal and Google Checkout. There were issues with security, fraud protection and people's shipping their orders to old address. Currently it is not available but we are constantly working to see if we can add it again.

the packaging is discreet enough that it looks like a regular parcel. in details, it will say "plastic toy" for the onaholes and "toy accessory" for any lubricants or add-ons to your toy. it will arrive in a solid cardboard box packaging. the product is then wrapped in simple brown paper to keep it concealed even after opening. though my main concern is that you live in a school environment where there tend to be more "red-tape" so really, it all depends on how well you a) hide the thing when not in use, b) being discreet when using it and c) not attracting attention when receiving the parcel. my father got the parcel before i did (which was off my calculation) and he didn't suspect a thing.

I had an issue placing an order last night I wrote your support but haven't gotten a reply yet, I was wondering if anyone was there checking emails on Saturday? I really don't want to miss the sale because of some error with your CC processing.

Now here's a question regarding to that, since you no longer use Paypal; is there any chance for temporary revival (at least for the holidays)? Most of my internet transactions (and funds) cross through Paypal and Credit Card is currently not an option for me.

I'd go for Paypal.
I tried to order last night... transaction failed. Unless it's trying to verify the shipping address as the billing address, there was no reason for it to fail.

Unfortunately your processor doesn't work with virtual credit card numbers so I cannot order from you till that is corrected. There should have been no reason for the transaction to fail with an AVS error. I have used virtual cards for nearly a decade on the net and never once had a problem so I am almost 100% sure authorize.net is doing something wrong. Let me second the request for a paypal option. At least if that option were available I could have placed an order with you.

Any plans to expand the number of contries you send to in the near future? I myself live in Sweden which is currently not in the list of contries. And sadly I have yet to find 1 swedish/european online store that sells japanese toys which in my experience is far superior to western ones.

Ty for the tip, I missed that link. But that site is by far inferior to this one. About half the text is in german even tho I choose english as my language, my highschool german is veeeeery rusty and we weren't really talking about adult toys and sex etc in those classes so I'm finding it slow going trying to read it, and the layout is rather messy so it's harder to get an overview of the products beeing sold. And that's what I like about this page. Very good info on the products and great layout that makes browsing the products a treat. But I also compared prices to a japanese company I've been using that ships worldwide and I save about $40 if I order Meiki Maria Ozawa from them with shipping included compared to Omochadreams. It takes 7+ days to get it but if I save that much each time I order it's worth it.

Visa Gift Card works, you'll have to go to Visa's site online and enter a "billing address" for use with online purchases for the card.
