I got Borderlands and L4D2. Borderlands was really fun, especially when you have 3 other people to play with you. Great game, and there's DLC coming out for it soon!
I just started L4D2 and man is this game crazy! I mean crazy in a good way mind you. If you have played L4D, you'll appreciate the things they changed for L4D2. Play the Hard Rain campaign and you will know what I am talking about.......
I am now interested in Super Mario Bros. Wii.....I am a sucker for Mario games, and 4 player co-op sure doesn't hurt.

Oh yes me likey video games. I have been thinking about buying Dragon Age. What are your thoughts on that game? I really liked Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2, and was wondering if all the hype for this game was just that. Hype. Oh and speaking of video games, how many of us here own adult ones? Hmm? Ever heard of Sexy Beach or Artificial Girl for example? I just wish there was an official boinking Dead or Alive game out there. It's like the perfect fit. Artificial women for artificial vaginas! (or vice-versa)

omg dragonball online MMO!!?!?!? looks awesome hahaha for all the deagonball fans out there i suppose.. And i would be playing L4D2 if TD didn't have so many sale promotions.....all my money went to the toys lol  ...L4D2 will have to wait till the next paycheck i suppose. |

Speaking of PC games..........did anyone pick up anything from the crazy Steam Holilday Sale?!?! The prices were amazing!

No I never purchased any games from Steam because I don't think that it is worth the trouble.
The most recent major purchase was my pre-ordered Modern Warfare 2.
My current three pre-orders are No More Heroes 2, Mass Effect 2 and Battlefield: Bad Company 2.
My next pre-order will be Starcraft 2.
My future purchases will be Borderlands, Left4Dead and Left4Dead 2.
I was considering Super Mario Brothers Wii, but I got it for DS instead.
Can't wait til Jan 26. Luckily, I don't have class that day, but I might skip 27th for my sister's birthday and to play my heart out.

I actually find Steam to be awesome. I used to dislike it before but I am the kind of person who can never find their games like 3 months later. Steam is perfect for me as I will never have to keep a hard copy.
I loved No More Heroes and I am excited about the sequel. I also might look into Mass Effect 2 as I am really enjoying the first one right now.
What's out on the 27th? Sorry, since I have been playing all these old games I don't know the dates for the new sequels.
As for Super Mario Brothers Wii, if you play with other ppl, the game is a must get. One of the most fun co-op game ever.

Nothing is coming out on the 27th, but because its the day after Mass Effect 2 and No More Heroes 2 came out, I decided to stay home and plow through both of them. I'm sure I won't able to finish either of them because those two games are known to have tons of side-quests. |

I stopped buying PC games when they started doing things like limited installs etc... I play my Nintendo DS a lot now. I just beat GTA: chinatown wars yesterday, that game was awesome!
Is super mario DS good? I've looked at it a few times, but haven't tried it yet.

Steam had L4D2 for 25$ since they weren't getting any business. I immediately snatched it right up. mom got pissed that I spent money on a game that wasn't "touchable" but I just wrote "Left 4 Dead 2" with a felt tip on a blank dvd sitting near my tower right now. I print the receipts to reassure her that I can prove I bought it. Luckily it worked ^_^
I bought Mass Effect 2 for 50$ after "trying it out" from a torrent site. It's completely legal, as long as you BUY it later, or before the FBI breaks your door down and looks at every burned dvd/cd you have. I even got the "Beat on Insanity Mode without changing the settings" which I DID DO and took nearly 130 hours since I like the viper sniper rifle alot and the fact it doesnt need to reload for a while. theres a savegame editor for it I realized after doing everything. Man was I pissed...
I'm nearing the end (on last assassination mission) in Assassin's Creed 1, since #2 is still 60$ for PC. i have the strategy guide for ME2 I bought for 20$ which to my disappointment was covering NOTHING that I've not already done before. The Motivational 's are funny as hell in their thread, since I made one (for ME1) with Liara making a comment saying "Teenage boys have an unhealthy obsession with my species." I think I'm the only person to ever screenshot that. Still Hilarious though. I've bought a 30$ logitech ps3 controller thats just a usb plugin that looks like a jumpdrive and a controller that is a bit heavy due to using 2 AA batteries. but when playing assassins creed 1 on a 23" wide screen HD monitor (i have 2 of em) it is AWESOME to just simply run around doing whatEVER due to no annoying cord on the controller. A warning to anyone thinking of buying a game called "I'm Not Alone", DO NOT BUY IT! Because it's got constant instability issues and framerates of 8 any possible way you put the settings for it. It's been said so on steam forums.
I was late getting Borderlands for 25$ in steampowered.com's "Midweek Madness" sale due to my visa not getting reloaded in time to buy it online there.
