I'm a bit confused... your asking if you should goto the pharmacy if the toy you ordered is delivered?

well, they probably took it out the box and inspected it so they know whats in it when you go to pick it up.

I've heard Canadian customs were harsh. They'd confiscate and jail tourists just for carrying manga that could be perceived as sexually provocative. Anyways, Toydemon ships under a harmless alias, so unless customs are unlawfully searching your mail for no legitimate reason, they shouldn't know. So either your shipment was lost, Canadian customs suck even more than what I've heard and they're holding your package for the lulz, or Toydemon made a shipment error. I'd first go to your local post office and check on the status of your order, and if no luck is found there, contact Toydemon.

Why would you make a topic about an order not being received in Toydemon's, the store's, forum, and not say the product wasn't from Toydemon?

Honestly? I have no clue ToyDemon has no control over your country's customs policies if that's where the hold up is, but TD has excellent customer service and fast shipping responses so this isn't a normal experience of a TD customer.

Also ordering from Japanese sites may offer their own set of problems, such as shipping in most instances where the the Japanese shipper will ship to your country but you must selective another company to deliver your items once they arrive in you country. Or any other customs issues scenarios that ToyDemon usually handles for their customers.

Also if you didn't order the product from TD how could you possibly expect them to help you with your order?
