From now on, each product you purchase on ToyDemon will allow you to obtain bonus points for future use at ToyDemon.

What are these bonus points?

ToyDemon would like to thank the customers for your support throughout the years and hope that you will continue to support us. Therefore, we want to give you guys an incentive to keep coming back to us!

Think of these bonus points as reward points from credit card companies. In order to receive bonus points, you will need to:

1. Register for a ToyDemon account if you do not have one. (**This is very crucial**)
2. Make sure that you're logged in before you make your purchase.
3. You will receive bonus points based on the MSRP value of the products upon the completion of the order.

Take for example, the TENGA Flip Hole, the MSRP value of it is at $99.00, even though you paid a lower price at ToyDemon, you will receive 99 points.

How do these bonus points work

Currently, the points are redeemable for Gift Certificates to use on ToyDemon.

Here is how to redeem your points:

1. Go to the top of the page you will see "Account", and then click "Sign in".
2. After signing into your account, go to the top of the page "Account", and then click "My account".
3. Go to the "Bonuses" tab, and click "Convert to GC".
4. In here, you will be able to redeem the points for a Gift Certificate to use on ToyDemon.

Right now, points can only be redeemed as Gift Certificates. However, in upcoming updates, we plan to have a few special products that are redeemable entirely with bonus points.

I submitted the order, but why don't I see the bonus points in my account?

Bonus points will be added to your account once the order is complete. By complete, it means that the order has been shipped out, and you can check its tracking number under the "Order history" tab.

If you cancel your order before the order has been shipped out, then you will not receive those bonus points.

*Bonus points cannot be traded amongst each other and cannot be redeemed for cash. All bonus points can only be used on ToyDemon.com and has no actual cash value. Should you decide to delete your account, all the bonus points will also be deleted and cannot be recovered. ToyDemon reserves the right to take away bonus points if we suspect any illegal/fraudulent activity.

**ToyDemon reserves the right at ToyDemon.com's sole discretion to deny, change, modify, update, add, or remove portions of the Bonus Points at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of this web site following the posting of changes to the Bonus points will mean you accept those changes. Bonus points can not be retroactively added from previous orders.
