What does "SPECIAL SHIPPING & HANDLING" mean?
Products marked "SPECIAL SHIPPING & HANDLING " are shipped directly from the manufacturer/distributor. In these cases, your items will be shipped separately from the rest of your order.
Some of these products (such as Liberator Furniture) will require additional flat shipping surcharge that will be added onto your total shipping fee even if you qualify for free shipping. These products are all shipped by ground service so it could take up to 7 business days for delivery. The shipping method is designated by the manufacturer/distributor and cannot be altered. Please contact service@toydemon.com or fill out our contact us form if you have special requests.
Important: These items must be shipped to a physical address (no PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses), and cannot be shipped to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii, or outside of the US.
Please note: Returns will only be accepted if the product has not been used and passes a verification of condition inspection prior to the issuance of any refund. Please contact service@toydemon.com before returning any items.
