Discreet Shipping & Billing

When you purchase from ToyDemon using your credit card, the charges on your statement will read Polydigitech. We do not share any credit card information. To ensure your shopping experience is as discreet as possible, orders with FedEx shipping are packed in plain brown boxes, and orders with USPS shipping are packed in plain brown boxes or USPS Priority Boxes. Our name appears as "PDT Inc." on the return address. Neither "ToyDemon" nor our logo appears anywhere on the outside of the packaging. Our packaging does not mention the nature of the contents.

Shipping & Handling Policy

All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business day. ToyDemon offers the following domestic shipping methods:

• USPS First Class Mail - estimated delivery in 5~7 Business days
• USPS Priority Mail - estimated delivery in 2~4 Business Days
• FedEx Home Delivery - estimated delivery in 1~5 Business Days
• FedEx Express Saver - estimated delivery in 1~3 Business Days
• FedEx 2nd Day - estimated delivery in 2 Business Days
• FedEx Standard Overnight - estimated delivery in 1 Business Day
• All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business day, with the exception of FedEx Express orders (Standard Overnight / 2nd Day / Express Saver) placed before 2:30pm CDT will be shipped out on the same day.

Note:

• Please check to make sure the shipping address is correct and complete. Any additional delivery/return fees due to incomplete address or non-response from the customer will be charged to the customer.
• FedEx requires a physical street address for delivery. PO Box addresses need to be shipped using USPS.
• Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation:
  1. For trackin on FedEx shipments, please go to www.fedex.com.
  2. For delivery confirmation on USPS shipments, please go to www.usps.com.
• No insurance is included for orders shipped with USPS. ToyDemon will not be responsible for any lost or damaged shipment shipped with USPS.
• All orders shipped with FedEx are insured. ToyDemon and FedEx will be released of any responsibility for lost or damage packages when the customer requests the package to be left at a certain location.
• All carrier deliveries are estimates only, without any shipping discrepancies, problems or delays.
• Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days. For holidays add one business day to all delivery methods.
• Signature upon delivery will be required on orders over $300.

Common Questions:

• Why did my package not arrive when it was supposed to?

  Sometimes a package cannot be delivered on time due to weather delays or acts of nature. ToyDemon cannot refund shipping charges for these reasons. In addition, if an inaccurate address was provided when ordering, delivery may be delayed.

  If your order appears late, please remember:

  1. All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business day, with the exception of FedEx Express orders (Standard Overnight / 2nd Day / Express Saver) placed before 2:30pm CDT will be shipped out on the same day.
  2. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days. For holidays add one business day to all delivery methods.
  3. All international orders are subject to customs clearance which may sometimes cause delay.

• What if no one is home when the package comes?

  If no one is at home, the package may be left at your residence or office. However, the package will not be left if the driver deems that the package could be in jeopardy if left at that specific address. If you would like to sign for your package, please specify "Signature Required" in the Customer Note section when you order. Signature will be required on all orders over $300.



• How come the carrier was unable to deliver my order?

  Undeliverable orders are mostly due to incorrect address information or missing address information (apartment number, suite or floor number, or using FedEx to PO boxes.) Should your order be returned to ToyDemon undelivered, unclaimed or refused without prior approval you have two options:

  1. We can re-ship the order to you. (Additional return shipping cost from the carrier and re-ship cost will be charged.)
  2. You can cancel your order and we will refund your credit card minus the return shipping cost, the original shipping cost, and a 15% re-stocking fee. Orders with free shipping will be calculated of its shipping cost and deducted from the refund.

International Shipping

• International shipments require customs paperwork and will take approximately 1-2 weeks from the shipping date to be delivered depending on customs clearance into your country.
• Please check with your local customs regulations to be aware of the laws within your country. If certain countries restrict these items for use or sale, ToyDemon cannot be held liable if these items are seized or confiscated by customs.
• The description of "Massager" and/or "Toy Accessory" will be used on the customs form to describe the commodity inside the package. No exceptions are allowed.
• All international orders will be marked on the customs form with the actual value of the order. ToyDemon will not be liable for any tariffs, import duties, or international taxes that may be imposed outside the USA.
• USPS does not guarantee any tracking updates on USPS First Class International Services.
• All international shipments are shipped USPS. (FedEx service will be provided in the near future if possible)
