Provides unique and aggressive stimulation. Good level of tightness. Easy to clean. I'm 7 inches but the PP21 did not feel too small. You can't really see in the pictures, but there are clear little tentacle things inside. They seem to be damaged pretty easily if the toy is used roughly, and I'm guessing they'll mostly all be gone after using the toy about 30-50 times. Even without them I think the onahole will still feel great, it has tons of ridges. For $50 bucks I think it is an awesome deal. The PP21 feels better than the meiki's I've tried (ZXY, nao), so I'll definitely be trying out some more toysheart products soon.

I like this toy alot. It rates right up there with Manbow. The suction is awesome but you have to be careful about the amount of lube you use, to much will ruin the effect. The cleaning is easy. The surface is oily out of the package. This amy present a problem latter if so I'll update this review. All in all well worth the money. I definately reccomend this toy.

Feels great and has a unique natural touch. Stimulation is not too strong. I'm using it with LoveBody Nana and its perfect! I can ride it all night. Easy to clean(flip inside out) and durable, except for the feathery things inside, which tend to rub off when drying with a towel with force. I'd pat it down with the microfiber cloth.
