My review is actually already here, but after seeing many complaints about punching holes in the back and ripping I figured that I'd chime in again. It seems that the first batch of these had major quality control problems. I preordered mine, and after using it once I saw that the internal hole/chamber was way too close to the outside wall/skin. I ended up getting another one after the manufacturer was contacted. The second one I got (and presumably the second batch from the manufacturer itself) is much better made.
This toy is only second to the ZXY in terms of feeling, and that says a lot. Sarah is well worth your money.

So now I have the complete collection of the double-layer Meiki sleeves. Want to know which one to buy? Simple answer - any one! Each of the Meiki dual-layer sleeves gives a similar better-than-realism experience, although you may detect minor to medium variations on the theme. You cannot go wrong with any of them. My personal preference is to alternate between the sleeves and have a mini-orgy with my harem array of girls.

seems a lot like an improved version of the ZXY! i have owned they ZXY and i must say, it feels the closest to a real woman with a wonderful feeling pussy.. the japanese are smart cookies for over-innovating the often basic and primitive male toys.

Just got the new Sarah meiki! This is my second Meiki product(first was Maria Ozawa) and I am very satisfied! Compared to Maria, this one is a touch more defined. It definitely has a much better grip/suction. I've never had a dual layer product so I'll have to see how it does in the long haul, but it seems like the ZXY owners haven't had much to complain about. I would still say that Maria is more realistic, but this is a great complement to my collection!

The Meiki Sarah felt good while it lasted, which was not more than a month. After my first use it developed a small bubble on the top of the labia, which soon became a small hole after the second use, until finally the lips were split. For awhile, I accepted this cosmetic flaw, but what is unacceptable is for the internal canal to tear apart along the length of both sides, a few weeks later. I wish I could say it was my monster package that cause such destruction, but sadly I am average size at best. My ZXY is still in tact months longer than I've had the Sarah. Perhaps the fragility of the internal canal is due to less material used in the area near the two indentations on top of the sleeve. Anyway, I hope you guys have better luck with the Sarah than I did. I'll be sticking with my ZXY for now until the next gen Meiki which hopefully will both be as durable as the ZXY and feel as tight as the Sarah.

I've owned all the Meiki products; and everyone has an opinion - but I still like the ZXY better; the outer lips on Sarah are really nice (an improvement) but there is very little texture on the inside. So not much stimulation once in - they are getting close; I think their 8th generation will be the one.

This is a great toy. Not as good as the ZXY, but great nonetheless. I don't recommend using the lube that came with the toy since it is so thick that it obscures the internal texture when you use it. Go with astroglide and it will feel worlds better. I am a huge fan of the dual layer toys from NPG. I've owned many NPG products including the 'up', 'down', Maria Ozawa, the extreme hip, Nao Yoshizaki, ZXY, and Yen Jyu Yi (006). Sarah continues the line of well made, great feeling sex toys. NPG and ToyDemon can count on my money when the next model is made.

There is a problem with the product's assembly. Further inside, near the end of the canal, the material begins to bond together (in some cases, permanently), which causes problems. I feel this is due to the Japanese manufacturer not leaving the mold in longer during the curing process, or devising some way to produce temporary placeholders within the canal to ensure that the special layer inside did not end up failing during long-term use.
I would recommend the XYZ over this, as it has proven to last much longer.

I'm just gonna be straight up honest about this product. Your either gonna love or hate it because it's so different from other onaholes that it will either turn you off or turn you on. Despite the feeling and other characteristics, the product to me was so NOT worth the pricing. If you guys bought it or are thinking about it, I hope you all enjoy it more than I have cause it wasn't so great for me.

If your using a realistic Meiki (ZXY, Sarah, etc) Rubber bands make great tightening spots: I had the Sarah (broke quick, felt okay) and was able to put two bands of different levels of tightness around them.: And one can pull out and adjust the bands again for new feelings.

Like the others above have mentioned, I've only had Sarah for about a few weeks and the entrance has split for me as well. Will definitely try Thai's suggestion above with the rubber bands and see it will improve the experience. Initially I preferred the slightly more compact size of Sarah versus ZXY, but after an extended comparison, it seems ZXY gives a better experience and at least for me, the latter has lasted a lot longer than Sarah. I've had the ZXY for several months and it's still going strong.

Star: entrance started splitting early on...busted a hole out the back within 2 weeks.
Felt god but for me not the outstanding experience folks rave about. Back to the Tenga Flip Holes for me: easy to clean, lots of options, discreet and effective.

Too smooth and soft to really give any special sensation. Pretty ho-hum. ZXY blows this one away. I appreciate the smaller size and less exaggerated butt of this one, though.

I think there must have been a batch problem as mine had a rip. Emailed toy demon and they exchange it for it. My new one like that other guy on the comment is probably from a different batch and was so much better than the first. Later I tried to use that rubber band thing the thai dude commented but it started to cut into the wall. DO NOT use rubber band on your sarah

I love my Sarah but it now has a hole right where the the signature is at the back. Does anyone know how this can be fixed.

I've used at least 6 times and no rips in the material. All other versions I've had, tore someplace by now. This one is the best off all dual layers. This thing feels so close the real thing, I can't stop using it. Wrap it in a towel, and tie it off with a sock. I had the ZXY and YJY....Sarah gives me the best realism. 10 out of 10. Doggy style had me blowing my load quickly.

YJY v. ZXY v. Sarah
YJY appears tighter than the other two, but lacking in internal sensation. Tightness of ZXY and Sarah are equivalent, however ZXY has a much more pronounced and stimulating internal geography as well as a bettered textured opening to make for enjoyable insertions. Sarah, however, is more compact and economical, with less wasted space and a curved, ergonomic exterior that facilitates a one-handed grip. She's also not quite as deep and hence easier to clean. The extra material on the ZXY, on the other hand, makes it much more durable. I had poke-up issues with Sarah and I am not particularly immense, and ultimately ended up..shooting...through the top. No hole or anything dramatic like that, but apparently the material is more porous than it looks. This is not something I've ever read about happening, so it may just be a dietary issue on my part, but it is worth keeping in mind.
Verdict, go for ZXY for the feel, Sarah for the convenience.
