Is it the most realistic? Not for vaginal simulation, no. However, this is one of the tightest, most durable products they have. The spirals work in tandem with the grooves to draw you into the sleeve.

Most masturbators have the problem where too much lube diminishes the feeling (Meiki line is virtually "not there" when extremely lubed). Not so with Manbow: it creates an extreme pleasing and hard to beat sensation.

Splendid. Worked very well & was a fantastic piece to have up until about a month after having getting it the base of the Manbow began to become undone. I think this has been a structure problem after seeing several other reports of fellow members having the same exact complaint. Hopefully this will be taken care of by the producers so that those who would purchase this later won't have to deal w/ that issue because this really is too good to have something like this affecting everybody else.

Not much friction or stimulation comparing to Meiki series. Not durable either. After cleaning by turning inside out a few times, the end broke with a rather large crack. Not recommended.

The Manbow is a small, tight toy, full of lots of small twisty bumps. The material its made from is very soft and low in odor (it's the same material used on the Like a Virgin and Elite Attendant). The internal structure does not provide much suction with this toy, but instead is very tight and bumpy. Being a fairly small toy, it's pretty easy to clean. I found the feeling to be very good overall, but the Manbow is a little too short for me, and I miss the great suction provided on some of the other ToysHeart toys.

After the first use, I have large tears in the opening and a hole half way down the tube. It felt really good, but I'll be surprised if I can get three more uses out of it. Huge waste of money. Designed to last my ass, its a $50 disposable.

I guess It depends on your member size, this one works great with me. It's not as tight or as stimulating as the description suggests, but if you really take it slow and steady, the spiraling effect on your dick feels amazing. Worth my money, at least.

Worked pretty good. Till it got torn at the tip. Not something you can go all out with. Guess the cost of super soft is less durability.

The first day I had this item and used it, it literally began to come apart. It genuinely felt pretty good, but when I tried to clean it by turning it inside out, the bottom peeled off and could not be replaced. After inspecting it later on after it had dried, I'd noticed at the bottom that the spiral ribs on the inside were actually beginning to come undone as well!

I'm an average size, so I doubt that was an issue cleaning is a SERIOUS problem with this item, it's simply not designed for it! It's not hygienic to simply rinse it out, it must be thoroughly cleaned due to the complexity of the interior design. I was expecting a lot more than this for $50. It felt good, but if cleaning it is going to destroy it, then in all honesty, ToyDemon, this toy ought to be disposable and in a FAR CHEAPER price range. It is NOT designed to last, and I'm very disappointed. The TENGA Double Hole has an identical rating and it's made of a material that feels great and is far more durable than this thing, and it's designed to be thrown away! Buy that for around $14 instead of wasting $50 on this thing. If I could get my money back, I would definitely request it.

Oh My God... That's all I can say for this Toy! IT'S THE BEST Extremely Soft, and as soon as I use it, my whole body just melted. I recommend this since it's so soft and you will feel the pleasure! Also this onahole doesn't need alot of lube since it's so soft. I only used it once right now but I'll post again for it's durability.

Came apart after 3 times using, hard to clean, way too expensive for the durabillity. It's in the bin now.....

Really really tight and very soft and the contours are amazing but the material is way too weak for anything that's not sold as a disposable. It's irresponsible and ethically wrong to sell something like this as a semi-permanent sleeve. Mine tore about an inch on the first use and ripped almost completely in half on the second use.

This felt really great! After a couple weeks though, the opening ripped on me, making the please drop drastically. Shame.
