Is it the most realistic? Not for vaginal simulation, no.
However, this is one of the tightest, most durable products they have.

Worked very well & was a fantastic piece to have up until about a month after having getting it the base of the Manbow began to become undone. I think this has been a structure problem after seeing several other reports of fellow members having the same exact complaint. Hopefully this will be taken care of by the producers so that those who would purchase this later won't have to deal w/ that issue because this really is too good to have something like this affecting everybody else.

Author: seattlescotsman The Manbow is a small, tight toy, full of lots of small twisty bumps. The material its made from is very soft and low in odor (it's the same material used on the Like a Virgin and Elite Attendant). The internal structure does not provide much suction with this toy, but instead is very tight and bumpy. Being a fairly small toy, it's pretty easy to clean. I found the feeling to be very good overall, but the Manbow is a little too short for me, and I miss the great suction provided on some of the other ToysHeart toys.
