The doll is set up for anal only, as in the hole for the onacup is positioned in the same dimension as an anus. You can't use it missionary-style because the legs get in the way. Finally, if anybody does buy this, and figures out how to get the onacup all the way into the placement hole, please tell me. It's impossible. Author: Nate The inflatable part is great, the onahole sux. To get a better toy in it buy some very small, thin dress socks. Put the sock on your toy, of course leaving the hole end of the toy towards the sock opening. Deflate the toy to 2/3 of capacity or less. Insert toy partially into doll. Hold doll near the seams on the legs and "drop" doll about 8 inches in the air while maintaining a good grip on doll. Bring to an abrubt stop at bottom of the drop and after doing this a few times it should insert fully. I have done this with the maria ozawa, ol story, and the demon girl hole. It greatly increases tightness when doing this. Hopefully this helps you and others out.
Author: Adam I could not use the insert but did manage to use it simply as an inflatable doll. As others have said it is no good for use in the missionary position. The insert itself is so tight as to be useless. It was an interesting effect to be able to easily see my erection moving inside the "vagina."
