They are very similar toys, with the Elder Sister being slightly looser and having more suction, and the Younger Sister being tighter and with more nubs. Between the two, I've found I prefer the Elder Sister, because its loose-ness lets me play with it for a while, whereas the Younger Sister can as times just feel too intense for long sessions. Toyheart's "Safeskin" feels a little weird when you hold it. To your hands, it's much stiffer and less real-feeling than ToyHeart's "baby skin," or the skin in Meiki products. However, it has some great things going for it: First, it's rigidity helps maximize the sensations -- it's not uncomfortably hard, but you definitely feel every bump and rib in the toy (use plenty of lube, or else it'll feel a little uncomfortable).
