This is a fantastic toy and may be my new favorite. I have used it for about a total of 2 hours and no tears or any other issues. A shame to hear about those who have had it tear and I figure the reason is their sleeve wasn't molded correctly leaving one or both sides of the mouth entrance thin as one side of mine is thinner than the other though still thick enough. That or they have a very large girth as based on my use it is fine for 5.5" or less girth.
Stimulation is very nice and I like that you can alter how it feels with the press plates and the"magic buttons" though they have less effect than playing with the two plates. Suction seems decent and it does make a bj type noise if you are lubed up correctly. I agree with James saying it is a dirt magnet yet I don't feel that is a big issue.
My only real complaint is I feel the case is a bit iffy as the piece that connects the two halves of the shell looks cheap and could break. Cleaning is so-so and I find that it won't air dry probably as a bit of water pools up in the back.
Note that this isn't a tight sleeve or long sleeve (should be obvious given what it is attempting to mimic) so if one is looking for that then look elsewhere. It might be a it overpriced as I feel it is more like a $60-65 toy but most male toys are also overpriced so it goes with the territory I suppose.
All in all I can't recommend this toy enough and am very glad I didn't let the negative reviews or the price hold me back.

I just got mine today and I was a little disappointed. After 1x (not too vigorous) use, its already tearing at the side of the "mouth". It feels great, but is very delicate. I have a Tenga Flip Hole and haven't had any problems with that. I hope they offer inexpensive replacement parts because this isn't going to get much use at this rate.

This product is well made and stylish; I never expected a sex toy to seem "cool" like this manages. :)
The pressure-button function is a clever way to vary the experience and optimize during climax. The teeth feel interesting, especially with light pressure to feel them distinctively. The tongue I don't feel at all though.
I am not impressed with the silicone material used. It seems durable, good for such an expensive toy, but is very firm. Compared to the Soft material used by Tomax, the HEPS Fantastic's material is bland.
Finally, I should remind that the penetration depth really is short and, unlike a Tenga Egg, you're not going to get an occasional extra stretch in. This is understandable, but does limit complete satisfaction.
Overall, the HEPS Fantastic is fun and unique but not the best toy I have used (Lilith Uterus). If money is no obstacle, It's worth owning for variety.

Read lots of great reviews of this, and was very eager to try it. I'll echo a few of the earlier comments in that it's a great stimulation device, but like others, after one use, it's already starting to tear at the side of the "mouth." Make all the jokes you want about Asians, but I happen to be one and am of average size (just under 6") and don't carry that much girth and it's still managed to tear. Personally, I'd hate to see what happens to the HEPS if your average everyday porn star was to attempt this. Having read the previous reviews, I still felt rather uncertain of purchasing this item. This is especially in part due to the fact of it's rather hefty price of it's current $85.00. Having previously purchased the Tenga Flip Hole for comparison, I found that to be an interesting and quite stimulating experience. Albeit not truly the kind that brought my repeated use. Size, weight, and the overall feel left much to be desired.
The HEPS model quite in opposition proved to be the complete opposite. Very light weight, user friendly in instruction and use ( Especially given language differences ) while also retaining a great stimulant curve. To explain this, first and foremost it must be noted that there are multiple ridges within the mouth itself, positioned both on each side as well as top and bottom. Myself being 5.6, I was surprised to find the entire device ( even if it seemed small at a glance ) could cover every inch without problematic space issues. Usability and hand orientation is quite on key and clean up is highly simplified. The carrying container as well is very modest in both looks and, of course, containment. I highly recommend this experience especially towards those whom are curious or especially enjoyful of the oral sex experience.

I got into these toys late and have this one, the Fleshlights, Lilith Uterus and the Meiki. No question this is my favorite for bj's. Lilith is best otherwise. The HEPS is easiest to clean and travel with. Using all the controls and changing your technique and pressure points lets you control the experience and almost use mind control! I have no doubt based on the criticisms that this toy can be improved some. They are on the second version (not sure what they changed between the Kinsey and Fantastic models, if anything - maybe Kinsey Foundation had something to say?) and I look forward to another version.
