I ordered this for my girlfriend as a gift, but the first one we got had a bad motor, so they sent us a new one promptly. When we got the new one my girlfriend raved over it, and she used it very often. She says that the power is amazing, and as long as you charge it well before use, it will last you for a good 4 hours. The adjustable power level was a big plus, and she normally kept it about halfway. It's that strong. Unfortunately it died within two months. Now that could be because Kate is very harsh on her electronics, often neglecting its well being, but it could be a faulty design, I don't know. But all in all, it was well worth the price. I would recommended it, though I am unsure how long they last on average.
