They are very similar toys, with the Elder Sister being slightly looser and having more suction, and the Younger Sister being tighter and with more nubs. Between the two, I've found I prefer the Elder Sister, because its loose-ness lets me play with it for a while, whereas the Younger Sister can as times just feel too intense for long sessions. Toyheart's "Safeskin" feels a little weird when you hold it. To your hands, it's much stiffer and less real-feeling than ToyHeart's "baby skin," or the skin in Meiki products. However, it has some great things going for it: First, it's rigidity helps maximize the sensations -- it's not uncomfortably hard, but you definitely feel every bump and rib in the toy (use plenty of lube, or else it'll feel a little uncomfortable). Second, the toy is VERY durable -- not only will this toy last forever, but it can also easily be flipped inside-out for cleaning, with no fear of tearing the toy. Third, there is NO SMELL whatsoever. Altogether, both the Elder Sister and Younger Sister are great buys for the money -- very durable, easy to clean, no odor, and they feel great!

If you get a tear near the opening (or a tear that inhibits performance), heat up a knife with a lighter and cauterize it back together, but be careful not the make the opening bigger. I did it and it's good as new.
Author: someguy Perhaps this review would be unfair. I had Meiki's Honor well before. I like the large size of Meiki's Honor, Erotic older sister lacks in that department. I really think that zero diameter is the way to go. With this unit, you can make it tighter with your hand or wrapping it with something, so you can make it work the way you want to. Durability is very high, the walls are think and seems tough. I wish the inner texture was more like the outside, soft and silky, the inside is more "polished". I would like to try it with a more coarse lotion.
Author: Manny I got this and at first I was a little disappointed but how stiff it felt and even uncomfortable using the water-based lotions that have a tendency to dry out fairly fast.
Used some ToyFuild and WOW! What a difference! It's a very enjoyable toy to use whether your're just using your imagination, video or just enjoying the sensations of the toy itself. All the nubs and bumps make me climax like I have not done in a long time to the point I felt my legs buckle when I tried it standing up one time.
It does have a chalky, gritty feel to it on the outside but the inside is pretty good. You can tighten it with your hand or put it in between something to make it feel tighter. I personally prefer to use it without applying any extra pressure.
Get it, just make sure you use the right type of lube.
Author: Nallebjörn I too purchased the Innocent Younger Sister and Erotic Elder Sister at the same time and I agree...worth every single penny. I have other toys that are made for the US market, but all seem to be somewhat cheap and a little less quality that what I expected. The other ones after a few uses seem to loose luster and start to break down and take more and more washing to make ready for the next use. In three months, these haven't lost any texture, and when cleaning does an excellent job of flipping inside out and returning to a ready state. I don't wash them in super hot water just warm water...what you would take a shower in. And to back up the other comments as for the smell, there isn't any. It is really a drastic departure from any other silicone toy I have that seems to hold on to smells after cleaning over and over. These...just don't do that...amazing!
The two are definitely have their own personalities. The Younger Sister is a little tighter and doesn't need any help on its own to get you to where you want to be but in my case she wanted to slip off me by herself due to the tightness of her grip. The Elder Sister one is a little more relaxed and stays with you when you want to just take a break for a bit. Each has its own ridges and nubs that are definitely unique and noticeable when using by hand or snogging into the bed ;)
As for the first posted comment here, I will offer a slightly different comment in that when I first tried them I used too much lube and really didn't feel anything and I became a little worried on the purchase. After reducing the lube to the perfect amount the feeling of them really started to let me feel them the way I wanted. You may have to do some lube adjustments to fit your need.
For both, after inserting all the way in I can say that they are as close to 'the real thing' as to any toy I had tried before. The little reaction you get with these two wrapping around my head toward the far end is a nice simulation of the 'real thing' that when you want to finish.
These toys are a little more bulky and heavier than any of the others I have but that can come in nice in certain usages except that they take a little longer to warm up to body temperature. One suggestion is to put them in warm water for about 10 minutes then they are really ready to go.
They make a nice stand in when the girlfriend and I are not together for long periods of time and heck, after close inspection, even the girlfriend was impressed in the style and texture of them and gave her approval!

The suction chamber is great on this thing, I've had so much fun with this toy that I'm going to order a spare, easy clean up too which is a big plus. If you're UNCUT then this toy is for you.
