       This is not A MUST than cleaning the toy with soap.
    But for the $7.99 price, its better to have it. I still clean my toys with soap after each use, then I will spray this cleaner on and wash it again.
    If you are paying $50 or above for a toy, why not just spend extra $8 bucks for a better cleaner?
